I just wanna we had a bad experience with these people there ( master Mechanic ) could not figure out what was wrong with my car. They said they were dune. And said they would pay us back the diagnostic fee and I have not seen a cent it’s been about a month. We took are car over to peninsula Subaru and they had way better customer service and a way better mechanic. They fixed are car and we are very happy thank you peninsula Subaru.

I purchased a 2015 Honda Fit a few months ago. It was my dream car. As of 11/16/24, the car is dead. It is not the battery. My friend has checked out as much as he could. The dealership basically said, "You're on your own kid". This car cost me $14,000.00. I sat there for hours while they kept giving me other offers none of which I was satisfied with. I felt like I was being held captive until I agreed to buy the car. No wonder they wanted me to buy the car. It is a piece of junk. I am unemployed at this time, I have no money, and I am going to have the Credit Union repossess the car. There is nothing I can do. Beware and never, ever purchase a car from Kitsap Auto Outlet. They will pound you until you cry uncle and buy their cars. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DEALER SHIP FOR A CAR. YOU WILL BE SORRY. All they want is the money and they do not care what it takes to persuade you, bully you, or take your last dime to sell a car. I regret doing business with them. It was the experience I have ever had when purchasing a car.

I had a great experience working with Josh. I went in looking for a truck and left with beautiful low mileage Mazda. I felt I recieved a very fare deal and came out with a very nice car. I feel Josh is the most well dressed salesmen there, tie included but the entire staff seems to be very friendly and helpful. So far, I'm very satisfied with the entire experience.

Wish I could give them 0 stars, worst car buying experience EVER! And I am not a young man RUN AWAY these are old school crooked slime-ball car folks. I thought this kind of place was gone today but I was wrong. Absolutely will NOT stand behind the auction quality CRAP they sell! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY They will tell you your car is covered with a 300 mile 90 day warranty witch sounds great unless you need to use it.. They lie and tell you xx stories the service department is incompetent!! I cannot warn you enough, DO NOT BUY FROM KAO!! You’ve been warned.

I am Stacie mikeals son and she actually told me that she would never recommend you guys for anything and would never give you a good review and I agree to that sent her car that she bought from you guys spent more time in the shop then on the road she finally gets to drive it after it has some kind of malfunctions dealt with over and over and over I would never recommend buying a vehicle from you motherfukers at all

The team that works here is incredibly professional and so friendly! Bought my car end of January and Sean was outstanding! I just brought my car in for some follow up service, Alex, David and Chase went above and beyond! Im beyond happy! I highly recommend this place! The entire staff are very friendly too!
