The folks here seemed to be pretty polite. I was looking at a Ford Focus which is a model I do love. I am trying to rebuild my credit, so I knew it could... be tricky. I brought my daughter along and the salesman and finance manager were great with her. The deal ended up not working out due to down payment issues. I was really hoping we could trudge through it, and still have hope, but I am not sure if it will work out. I wouldn't mind giving them my business whatsoever. My only real complaint is the internet salesperson was texting me, since I was at work all day. It's a huge convenience. However, the replies stop without warning. It turns out she leaves for the day, but when you're trying to stay updated on a possible purchase, a courtesy text saying you're leaving would be helpful. It left me with worry that I'd been rejected. Maybe KAO should have an auto-reply feature.
Tomko was the sales rep. Avoid at all costs don't be fooled worst person ever. Sounds like he will not be there long because he moves around a lot.... Gee I wonder why?
obviously that is a fake review and from someone in the automotive industry. Otherwise why would you assume he has moved around a lot ? Please remove... this fake review
Had a wonderful working experience with Jake. Never financed a vehicle before and got an excellent rate. better than everything else I have been quoted.... Told jake my requirements and after asking me a few questions, he found me a newer truck with less miles and money than what I was looking for. I'm very happy with my experience - 5 stars all around!

These guys were really easy to work with, from start to finish, everyone made it an enjoyable experience. The cars and trucks they offer are generally... low to avg miles and they have a quality repair shop on site. I can't say for sure I'm buying my next car here, but they are going to get the first chance to earn my business again!

Bought a truck with a contingency to fix a part, it has been 59 days and they have sent it to multiple shops and still nothing fix and no delivery date... given. They keep using the excuse, "the shops are still trying to diagnose it". 59 days no truck, no other options given, and stalling with no regards to making transaction right. when the truck has been basically diagnosed as Unfixable in so many ways. Horrible dealership I do not recommend doing business with them

Just picked up my 2014 ford focus hatchback today, which i bought last week, coz they need to fix the broken windshield, .. They never told me that the... car radio or stereo is BROKEN, not working at all. Honesty is the BEST POLICY.. THANKS .. Not once was I not aware of the situation. They communicated with me effectively from responding to my vehicle inquiry to providing me with everything... I asked for. Jake, the Internet Manager communicated with me throughout the whole . They had Personal and Professional Integrity. I was introduced to the manager JJ and other management staff. I felt like they cared and they never pushed me into any situations. I simply asked and my requests were immediately addressed. They are a used Independent dealer and I didn't feel the pressure and 30 step processes other franchise or new car dealers make you go through just to go on a test drive. Very satisfied and will be continuing future business with Kitsap Auto Outlet.

this place is just like any other dealer in kitsap county they want a lot of money down just so theme and the bank can make extra money mostly because... they just don't sell cars in kitsap county like they do say in Pierce county
