    We were told by a gal over the phone the reason why they Prices were 3-4 grand more than anyone else is because that was out the door price including everything,... tax license and guarantee . After picking out the car we wanted it was not the case, boom another 4-5 grand. Needless to say we did not buy from them!

    I recently purchased a used Saab at Indy Star Motors. The car had an airbag warning light on. As part of the deal the owner promised to fund a repair... up to a certain dollar amount. I purchased the car, had the problem corrected, paid for the repair and when I came back 10 days later to the sales lot the owner reimbursed me as promised. All done with a smile.

    I bought a car that was I thought decently priced only to find out it was broken and needed a new part that would cost me over a thousand dollars while... I'm still stuck paying for the car. I feel like the value of the car should be dropped because its a major problem with the car. All together I would just stay away from this car lot unless you want the chance of getting a broken car when the seller knows its broken in the first place. I bought this car less than a month ago and I'm already out of a vehicle. Such a shame.

    This place will give you the run around nice cars nice prices. but confusion. One person told me they could work with me. everyone is not approved. Be... careful!

    I just bought a used BMW at Indy Star and it is amazing. They had lots of clean, reliable cars to choose from. I was very impressed with the customer service... and vehicle knowledge I had received. I will be sending friends in soon to get a car! I couldn't be happier!!!

    I would not recommend, Farris is nice but not very good in customer service. Cars unclean, not serviced, prices are just OK. Look elsewhere

    Good selection of cars. They don't negotiate much on price, however, their prices on cars.com are lower than others for similar vehicle. Unlike other independent... lots, they are open past 5pm during the week.
