Nothing but good things to say. They were helpful throughout the process and were willing to put in as much effort as needed to make sure I was satisfied. Tom, Erik, Dillion, and Sam were all very easy to deal with and talk to. The crew went above and beyond to make sure I was home for the holidays and I greatly appreciate their effort. On my next car purchase I plan to return here.

saw sequoia on their website this summer at 3 in the morning, hopped in my truck and drove 4 hours to the dealership. it was exactly what I was looking for and in as great of condition as it was advertised, In 4 months I've already put 10,000 miles on it. there were many low mileage fun cars and I have to say the dealership looks like a well run operation, I had a couple interior plastic parts replaced got a deal on an xtra fob and left with the sequoia by lunch time....I had to make another trip to get my old vehicle and when there the next week my wife almost had me buying her a car. if anyone's looking for an older, lower mileage vehicle for their kids check this place out too, I will be when the time comes.

I bought a very nice 02 Escalade from Tom at U Car Connect a few weeks ago. I got it for a fair price and I'm very pleased with the deal. There are two main things I appreciated. I have never been able to afford a new car so I'm one of those guys that crawl over and under to inspect. Tom gave me the keys, made a few comments and left me alone. Once I checked it over and test drove it I was ready to deal. I get it, Tom is a salesman but what I really appreciated was that he took the time to talk to me and not just about the car. I think in many ways, the art of selling has been lost. Tom was busy but we sat down and learned a little about each other before we reached a fair price.

I brought in a b5 s4 to sell to them and walked away with more money than any other dealership could offer me. I had a great time talking cars with the Erik and Dillon. I would buy a car from them any day they always have awesome variety of good looking cars.

Not many people can say that about purchasing a vehicle! The showroom is a must see! I had been looking for a Jag XK8 in the maroon color and spotted one on-line at U Car Connect. Called and had a very pleasant talk with Tom K. You could tell that Tom really enjoys the car business and wants to please his customers. After looking at the pictures and Tom doing a walk around while we were on the phone I decide to proceed with the car subject to personal inspection. I flew to Minneapolis from Chicago where Eric picked me up at the airport. The car was exceptional and beautiful. We completed the paperwork and I drove the car home to Chicago area that afternoon. I highly recommend Tom and his staff.

Tom K. and his team went the extra mile for our trade in and financing shopping for us. Decent vehicles here. No unnecessary mark ups. They DO NOT sell high mileage, abused import junk. The cars are carefully chosen and prepared well for the next owner. Want that Audi that always caught your eye? How about that "i" series? We are happy with our 1 owner Sequoia. The one star ratings sound mostly like impulse, uninformed and impatient poor decisions holding the seller accountable for Murphy's law without written warranty. Thanks Tom, Dillon, Eric.
