these guys are straight crooks. the car i wanted was not on the property when i first went they said it was at the dealer getting serviced. so i left a... deposit to hold the car. thew called me back the following week and said the car was in their possession i can go put the down payment and fill out the paper work. when i get there the car is not on the premises but i can leave down payment and finish paper work. i put 8K down and traded my car to not have the car for another week, the car was still being driven by the previous owner. I got the car with a seat belt problem and transmission issues, mind you i havent had the car for a total of a month. they will not help with anything. i still dont even have the plates. DONT NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. i promise you will thank me later.
Very rude only trying to take ur money . Don’t take the time to understand what u want . They sold me a car for 20k with a busted bumper and a busted tail... light for 20k and didn’t fix it when they told me they are going to fix it
I have been meaning to leave a review for exclusive auto group inc for some time now . I see Carlos almost once a week and he always asks how am i doing... and how is the vehicle doing . he is truly a caring person always saying if i need anything don't hesitate to call his cell phone number directly , witch is one thing i like the most about this dealership and this salesman they give you there direct cell phone number and you can reach them at anytime with questions about the vehicle you purchase or one you are interested in . i purchased a jeep commander from them and its been perfect from day one . thank you carlos
RUN! RUN! RUN! They're liars and thieves! First, they lure you in with false advertisement of a $500 down payment. But when you get there, they'll ask... you for $1,000 down payment. Next, they'll give you paperwork to fill out- most importantly a Promissory Note and a Credit Authorization form. They'll explain that it's for future payments ( your monthly payments) And, when you ask what information to put in the blank spots - you'll be told that those sections are for management to fill out. In two weeks, you'll be ROBBED of an unspecified amount from your bank account. And when questioned, they'll tell you that you signed a Promissory note and credit authorization form for said amount. You'll then look over your paperwork that they gave you and you won't find a copy of said forms. This is what happened to my husband and I. They robbed our account and after the whole story about the forms, when asked for a copy of these forms because we didn't have them - they faxed over forms that they filled out TODAY AFTER THEY TOOK THE MONEY FROM OUR ACCOUNT and I know this for fact because handwritten on the form was a note: Paid C.O.D of XX amount and still owes XX amount. And, the once blank forms where now filled in with the same handwriting AND a Business Manager's signature who wasn't even present at the time of the transaction (admitted by his own mouth) Don't get got! If anything ever seems too good to be true, it most definitely is!
I drove an hour from Princeton NJ here in hopes to check out a Range Rover evouque. I contacted a guy named “Eric” to verify that the car was still available... an hour before arriving... Once my husband and I arrived there was nowhere to park..no biggie..we’ll just walk down a sketched street. When we walk in the first question we were asked was “Are you financing or paying cash”... . We were then told that the vehicle was at a “mystery location” 10 minutes away and we couldn’t see it unless we were “ approved”. Why would I need to run my credit to see a car I wanted to pay cash for?? . We instantly realized they must’ve sold the car, then we looked at the cars on their lot which appeared to be in poor-ok condition. . I then asked about the BMW X6 and the guy proceeded to tell me it didn’t work...If it didn’t work then why is it the first car being advertised?? . Get this though.. Before deciding to leave this mess, a gang of guys decided to confront the entire staff (literally face to face altercation)..apparently they were ripped off by this place and it was about to become a dangerous situation. My husband and I Fled the scene.
Selling 2016 cars at cost of a brand new car. They put you in a car they want not the one you like. Speak in other language so you don’t understand what... is going on.
They said they had a car that I was looking for but when I got there of course it wasn't there then they try to sell me on something else do not waste... your time driving to this place they are con artists
I bought my 2010 BMW from Exclusive Auto Group Inc. In early September. I had An incredible experience from the door in and from the door out. Working... in the sales/customer service industry for over 15 years i have high expectations when I walk into establishments, especially where I'm being sold to (dealerships, furniture stores, galleries, banks, etc.) The thing that made me stop at exclusive on my commute home from Newark Penn was their line of attractive vehicles. I wasn't exactly looking to buy just yet, but I knew I wanted to purchase a new car in the coming months. I walked the lot briefly and was greeted by one of the sales reps who was extremely friendly and helpful. Of course she asked all the normal sales questions what i was looking for, how much i wanted to spend, etc.... I had answers for none of the questions. I just told her a specific payment amt i was looking for and i was browsing the lot and looking for something that might catch my eye at that . She wasn't to aggressive she told me to check out that lot and when i needed help just let her know. Shortly After I placed my eye on the 550GT and fell in love. She gave me the pricing details and i knew that it was definitely going to be above my budget and what i would probably even consider not to mention my credit was not good at all at that time. I then met with Carlos the Manager. Told him my situation and how much i could afford to pay monthly he looked at me with a straight face and said do you work? lol the rest was history he got me a lower payment then what i asked. FANTASTIC CAR!!!! drives great no issues after buying it ( I waited 2.5 months to write my review). I was able to get my plates before the dealer plates expired. Carlos was very great to work with. He made sure the process went flawlessly and no pressure on they buyer at all. He gave wonderful advice he was transparent and honest. I've bought a number of cars used/new and i would say this was my best experience. O by the way I purchased the car within 2 weeks after seeing the vehicle but of course that was after i left my small deposit to hold the vehicle. Lol as carlos says "business doesn't run off hopes and dreams". after leaving my deposit i visited about 6 other dealerships in the newark/irvington area as well as somerset county and i will say they all wasted my time telling me about my credit and offering me payments $150 more then what i told them i could afford when i first walk through the door. They were pushy. they did not actively listen, and didn't offer me the payment i was looking for until i left there lot. Carlos will tell you yes or no. no time for games. I'm a satisfied customer and will recommend anyone to this dealership. Carlos if you read this keep up the great work, keep the integrity and remain transparent.
Just bought a BMW X5 from this dealership. Carlos was very helpful and honest. He made us feel comfortable . Answered our questions and just was pleasant... and caring overall. Thanks Carlos *thumbs up*
