Bought a car went to pickup my plates and registration car lot was moved without warning and took me almost 5 months to find them and get my stuff! They... are liars they never answer the phone and they sell you what they want not what you want
stated they where Buick selling a warranty - not Buick - been trying to cancel for months - cannot get my money back - rip off - they do not answer there... phone - sent certified letter - rip off
I have been meaning to leave a review for exclusive auto group inc for some time now . I see Carlos almost once a week and he always asks how am i doing... and how is the vehicle doing . he is truly a caring person always saying if i need anything don't hesitate to call his cell phone number directly , witch is one thing i like the most about this dealership and this salesman they give you there direct cell phone number and you can reach them at anytime with questions about the vehicle you purchase or one you are interested in . i purchased a jeep commander from them and its been perfect from day one . thank you carlos
This dealership is a straight out scam, terrible experience, Jose Fernandez is a snake in the grass - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
these guys are straight crooks. the car i wanted was not on the property when i first went they said it was at the dealer getting serviced. so i left a... deposit to hold the car. thew called me back the following week and said the car was in their possession i can go put the down payment and fill out the paper work. when i get there the car is not on the premises but i can leave down payment and finish paper work. i put 8K down and traded my car to not have the car for another week, the car was still being driven by the previous owner. I got the car with a seat belt problem and transmission issues, mind you i havent had the car for a total of a month. they will not help with anything. i still dont even have the plates. DONT NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. i promise you will thank me later.
Very rude only trying to take ur money . Don’t take the time to understand what u want . They sold me a car for 20k with a busted bumper and a busted tail... light for 20k and didn’t fix it when they told me they are going to fix it
RUN! RUN! RUN! They're liars and thieves! First, they lure you in with false advertisement of a $500 down payment. But when you get there, they'll ask... you for $1,000 down payment. Next, they'll give you paperwork to fill out- most importantly a Promissory Note and a Credit Authorization form. They'll explain that it's for future payments ( your monthly payments) And, when you ask what information to put in the blank spots - you'll be told that those sections are for management to fill out. In two weeks, you'll be ROBBED of an unspecified amount from your bank account. And when questioned, they'll tell you that you signed a Promissory note and credit authorization form for said amount. You'll then look over your paperwork that they gave you and you won't find a copy of said forms. This is what happened to my husband and I. They robbed our account and after the whole story about the forms, when asked for a copy of these forms because we didn't have them - they faxed over forms that they filled out TODAY AFTER THEY TOOK THE MONEY FROM OUR ACCOUNT and I know this for fact because handwritten on the form was a note: Paid C.O.D of XX amount and still owes XX amount. And, the once blank forms where now filled in with the same handwriting AND a Business Manager's signature who wasn't even present at the time of the transaction (admitted by his own mouth) Don't get got! If anything ever seems too good to be true, it most definitely is!
I drove an hour from Princeton NJ here in hopes to check out a Range Rover evouque. I contacted a guy named “Eric” to verify that the car was still available... an hour before arriving... Once my husband and I arrived there was nowhere to park..no biggie..we’ll just walk down a sketched street. When we walk in the first question we were asked was “Are you financing or paying cash”... . We were then told that the vehicle was at a “mystery location” 10 minutes away and we couldn’t see it unless we were “ approved”. Why would I need to run my credit to see a car I wanted to pay cash for?? . We instantly realized they must’ve sold the car, then we looked at the cars on their lot which appeared to be in poor-ok condition. . I then asked about the BMW X6 and the guy proceeded to tell me it didn’t work...If it didn’t work then why is it the first car being advertised?? . Get this though.. Before deciding to leave this mess, a gang of guys decided to confront the entire staff (literally face to face altercation)..apparently they were ripped off by this place and it was about to become a dangerous situation. My husband and I Fled the scene.
Selling 2016 cars at cost of a brand new car. They put you in a car they want not the one you like. Speak in other language so you don’t understand what... is going on.
They said they had a car that I was looking for but when I got there of course it wasn't there then they try to sell me on something else do not waste... your time driving to this place they are con artists
