On 3/21/26 I bought a used 2024 Toyota Highlander from here and I will Never go back. I didn't notice that the drivers side mirror was broken until on my way home. I got in touch with the salesmen that sold me the car asking for it to be fixed as I just spent $40K on it. I was told that the car was sold as is and since I bought it and drove it home it's my problem now. xxx...I literally owned the car for an hour or so after I noticed it. I don't advice anyone to buy a vehicle from here, especially if you're aooking for a dealership that stands behind their vehicles. You've been warned!

I've bought a lot of cars over the years and Alex and the management at Streetsboro VW made this the easiest purchase I can remember (except for the 500 mile drive to get there!). Throughout the process they were reasonable and easy to work with. I was completely satisfied with the buying experience and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.

They messed up the financing and I then missed the boat on what anyone a very special occasion. Eric over promised and under delivered. And Brian S in financing charged incorrectly and over charged. So if you are looking to at more for a non existent experience look no further!!!

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Buyer Beware I purchased one of the most expensive vehicles on the lot — a Porsche Taycan — only to have a tire blowout just 10 minutes after leaving the dealership. The cause? Bald tires with poor tread, confirmed by Porsche themselves the very next day. This wasn’t a fluke — it was negligence. While I was stranded on the highway, I called my sales associate, Collin, who casually told me to “call Midas.” No help. No urgency. No accountability. After handing over a $9,000 down payment, I was treated like I didn’t exist. Calls were blocked, emails were ignored, and I was ghosted by every single person I reached out to — including management. I could never reach the General Manager, despite multiple attempts. No one ever followed up, and I was never compensated for the damage or the out-of-pocket costs I incurred. I had to haul my brand-new Porsche back to Maryland from Ohio on a U-Haul trailer. The Porsche dealership confirmed the tires were already dangerously worn when sold to me, and there was no way I could have caused that damage in such a short time. This has been going on for over a year, and not a single person from the dealership has taken responsibility or made any attempt to make it right. This dealership is a disgrace to Volkswagen of America and a prime example of predatory sales tactics. I will be pursuing legal action. I strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle here to think twice. I will never buy another car from this dealership again.
