Mac Haik Preowned Hutto

Experience didn't start out perfe t but it definitely ended perfect. We appreciate everyone we encountered they being Ann and Chris in Hutto, Dylan, Bryan, John in (Gtown) It took a week of back and forth but we finally made a deal on the Pre-Owned low mileage F150 King Ranch that we wanted. It was a one owner vehicle and is what the hot rod community would call a "Barn find." That is to say it was older, low miles, rarely driven and extremely well maintained. My wife and I could not believe the condition it is in, it almost looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. We appreciate Mak Haik locating a bank to do the deal on this old trade in. It is indeed the Cadillac of F150 Trucks and my favorite vehicle that I have ever owned and I have owned a bunch of different cars from a Dodge Challenger RT to a 96 Impala SS to Hyundai SUVs and everything in between. Thank you Mak Haik for making it happen despite the process of the haggling back and forth over the numbers we did eventually get the deal we wanted and truly appreciate the follow up amd doing everything the dealership could to get us into the vehicle and make us a happy customer. I've used Mak Haik service in the past many times and have bought a few vehicles from them and after this experience definitely WILL be back again.

This is the worst experience I have ever had buying a used car. Carl was amazing but everything else was horrible. We traded in a car for a used car. With in two days the check engine light came on. They sent if off to get fixed. In the mean time they gave us a loaner vehicle. That car had no heat on the passenger side either. When we got out car back guess what check engine light comes back on the next day. Another loaner car that was messed up. We get the car back again and yes you guessed it right the check engine light comes back on! The loaner car we get this time has issues locking. I have four kids so you can imagine my stress levels. Each time we are having to drive into Hutto which we do not live and deal with this issue. We have been told so many things that are not accurate. DO NOT TRUST THEM! We gave them four chances to fix the car and each time the check engine light came back on. On top of that when we go the car back the gas light came on before we even made it down the street. In 6 weeks we only had the car a few days. Keep in mind we are making payments on a car we do not have. I will not take this car back and they want to put me in something else that will give me $8500 dollar negative equity for something they messed up on. I could go into more detail however save your time/money and stress...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I WAS SURPRISED HOW SIMPLE THIS DEAL WENT DOWN. NEVER THOUGHT THAT I COULD LEAVE THE LOT WITH A CAR IN MY OWN NAME. I DEFINATELY WILL REFER ANYONE WHO HAS ISSUES WITH CREDIT OR TRUST TO COME BY AND SPEAK TO JOSE. HE WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ANYONE WHO WANTS TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE.

They were nice and had to work with the manager to get the best deal for the car's worth, but it was worth it. They let me take it for 24 hours and have it inspected by an inspector of my choice before making a decision. I'm satisfied with the experience here.

The customer service was excellent, jose o'camp helped us out a lot and took the time to let us talk over which car we liked. The car choices were good, that had a lot of features we wanted on the cars. I liked that we got to really test drive the car we got to borrow it for a day because me and my wife couldn't decide on which car to get. In the end we got the one we took home because we liked all the features. When it came down to picking the right car Darrel helped us get the best deal and worked very well with our budget. we got the car we wanted for a good price and good coverage.
