I can't right anything about them cuz they never contacted me about my interest

I was sold a lemon. One and a half trips to Spokane, and the vehicle sucked a valve. After approaching them , I was told that’s the way it goes and it drove good when you left here. I had explained to the salesman Duane that it was for my daughter to get out of yakima for her own good. I needed something reliable, wow! What I got was a xxx they got on auction with a bad motor. (I suspect) A used motor was thrown in and it went on the lot. After spending $8000 to replace the motor, my mechanic said the motor had been( thrown in) . It was missing bolts, parts and had a broken mount that no one would have overlooked. These guys are thrives, and Bruce is gone and the weasel Clayton now runs the place. I plan to contact the state mediator as well as the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I've bought five cars from these guys and they're always very nice and willing to work with you. If anything goes wrong with the car, they help you or point you in the right direction to good mechanics who are also pretty cool. I can't speak highly enough of these guys. What a lot of people don't understand is buying a car is more than just the car itself; it's are the people honest and willing to work with you? IMO.

I drove 4 hours one way to see a car which was TOTALLY misrepresented on your site and in your email statements. There is NO WAY YOU COULD CALL THAT CAR CLEAN IN ANY WAY. You could have said that it had a few scratches even though there were no dents. NO gas in the car. When I started the car it rattled so bad it was scary. No one even washed it and you knew I was coming for a week. The tires were low not to mention the tires were at least 10 years old even though they looked like they had fairly good tread. (there is a date code on the tire) They probably would have blown on our trip home. Your price was SO OUT OF LINE I would not even have paid you $2,000 for that car, which you wanted almost $6,000 for. Unreal!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Huge Waste of time and money! Your salesman was very nice but your lies were abounding!!!!! Everyone deserves respect! It surprises me you are still in business.

Wow I have to tell you, these guy's are simply amazing 😁 they awnsered my questions and gave me more information then I thought there was on the cars I wanted to test drive. Thanks 👍

They have worked with me and more than one way, at times have been short but I've just stood my ground and they fix what they we're meant to fix and stay true to their word.

excellent call back when called was looking for an older suv saw what I wanted to see but havent purched one yet will definately be calling back.

I went to visit the car lot and was very impressed by the variety of vehicles that caught my eye and were in my price range. I am still waiting on a couple of things to be able to purchase a vehicle. I am interested in a few vehicles on the lot. Staff was friendly not pushy or forceful on getting me to drive home with a car that night.
