IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, DO NOT GO ALONE.

IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, DO NOT GO ALONE. TAKE YOUR HUSBAND, OR A MALE FRIEND. If I can give negative stars I would. I completely feel victimized in this situation. I made an appointment to get my Jeep looked at my their service department for an issue. I showed up to my appointment and they sent me me home in an UBER. They had me sign paperwork allowing them to run the diagnostics for a total of ~$350 told me that I would get a call in 2 days for a diagnosis. They never called. I remembered another issue my car had and i texted my service rep. and she said that it will be an extra $175 to look into that 3rd issue. I called on the 3rd day and they told me that they still have not had a chance to look at it because I added another issue to their list (huh?). That it wouldn't be til next week that they would get to look into my vehicle. So i called on Tuesday to get a diagnosis and they told me that they needed to drop my transmission to see what is wrong, for a total of $1300, + this or that additional items to sum up to $2000. I approved all of it. They called me back and said that I needed. whole new transmission and that it would be a total of $10,000 to fix my car. I asked them to please send me the diagnostic report to my email several of times. They never did. I told them how much do i owe since they dropped the transmission and they said $1300. I said ok, please put my car back together and I will pick it up because I am taking it elsewhere to get a 2nd opinion. At this point, I have my boyfriend listening to the whole conversation. I hang up and made an appointment with another mechanic. I call them back and tell them that I will pay the $1300 and that I will be be picking the car up today for that second opinion. At this point my boyfriend jumps in and talks to them and they quickly changed their tone. They informed me that the mechanic never opened the car up. So I will owe only the $350 for the diagnostics. Mind you, I still did not get it emailed to me. So my boyfriend and I show up to the dealership and I ask them for a copy of the diagnostics. NOTHING!!!!! I got nothing!!!!! At that point they had me sign for my car at a $0 balance. To top it off, they supposedly lost my car keys and made me a new one. I was not happy since my house keys and mailbox key were still attached to my keychain and left with my car. I fussed about it and they took me back to where they hang all the car keys attached to numbers. Well I found my original keys hung there luckily. The dealership had my car for a total of 2 weeks and they did not get ANYTHING done, not even a diagnostics. I am beyond upset that they tried to charge me $1300 for a service that they did not even perform. I feel like if my boyfriend did not jump in they would have charged me anyway. This is just wrong. I will definitely be calling the BBB and getting a hold of corporate.

Bait and switch

Bait and switch company. They post fake prices and lie over the phone just to get you in. Don't drive a long way to see there inventory.

Did not response to my email for 2 days after I asked for

Did not response to my email for 2 days after I asked for an out the door price (after talking with me many times). When I reminded them they said they would be right with me and didn’t respond. Seems like a scam dealer. The deals are not really. Too bad.

I saw a 2022 gladiator on their site marked down 3500

I saw a 2022 gladiator on their site marked down 3500 plus 2500 in rebates. I drove 80 miles up to look at it. While driving the sales person reiterates no mark ups and that in fact they mark vehicles down bc they're top 5. I get the numbers and the sales manager says read fine print, 5k mark up over MSRP (8500 over internet advertised price), no rebates and dealer add one as well, about 4k worth. Horrendous service, I ended up buying down the rd from DCH chrysler dodge jeep and they were all too happy to help another person that Hemet cdjr treated poorly.

Great buying experience

I purchased many vehicles of the years. I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to buy on spec. HemetCDJR was one of several dealers in SoCal that had the right vehicle in stock. I wanted a no-nonsense experience and got just that. The mostly online process was great with Brandy Maynes following through every step of the way. Modern, efficient and customer focused.
