Ram 3500 Kelley Blue Book just under 70,000 they o

I have a 2017 Ram 3500 Kelley Blue Book just under 70,000 they offered 35 but want you to give 50 for a half ton come on


Incompetent and dishonest

This is why dealers get bad reputation. We took our Grand Cherokee to Corwin Jeep to have a module programmed. They had the vehicle for approximately 1 month. Due to the high cost of this module at over $3,200, we chose to supply the dealer a used module. We were originally quoted $165 for the programming. A week in, Corwin requested to remove the bumper to gain access to the module for $850 we accepted and had not heard since. Finally coming close to a month long repair, we reached out to Corwin and was told that the technician wasn’t able to program the module and that the only option was the $3,200 new module, we declined and later took the vehicle to Don Vance Jeep to get it programmed. Using the same module we supplied Corwin, Corwin charged us $850 and still not able to finish the job unless we spend $3,200 on a new module. Whereas Don Vance Jeep was able to get my vehicle in and out within 30 minutes and that it only costed $75. We were told the bumper does NOT need to be removed to install/reinstall this module, that Corwin had charged us $850. Chance Boomer was our service advisor at Corwin. He had asked us to keep him informed of the outcome. Afterwards I had a visit with Mr Boomer to tell him of the outcome. He then asked a gentleman under the name of John, whom I was perceived to be a manager, had stopped by and told me that there is nothing he could assist. No apology. No empathy. Awful experience nonetheless.


Great experience.

Chris was very helpful. It was the most painless car buying experience ever. I highly recommend him and the dealer for all future car purchases. Very well run outfit.


Rooster Tinsley

Bought a car off of Rooster Tinsley and the experience overall from beginning to end was the best we ever had. After having a flat a few days later Rooster stepped up to the plate and outdid himself. In today's world this is a lost art. Pleasure doing business with you Rooster and will be back again!


Who knew buying a car could be so much fun?!

John and Brett at Corwin Dodge in Springfield made my car buying experience one that I will never forget. We had a terrible hail storm in Bolivar and my Mustang was totaled from it, so of course I’m not happy having to buy another car on such short notice. They helped me not only get over my loss of the Mustang, but made me even happier than before, by driving away in a Beautiful Dodge Challenger! Everyone there was pleasant, informative, and they spoiled me with high quality cappuccino and snacks while my paperwork processed. I most definitely will be back. Well done boys, you now have a new loyal customer for life!!!


Great Service Advisor

My service advisor was Brian Mixell. I brought my (new to me) Ford F150 in for an oil change. Brian went through the procedure with me then after the service was provided actually sat down and guided me through some questions I had on my truck that was particle to my year and model. He gave me much needed advice on things I needed to be aware of and the best possible course to ensure the best possible outcome and long life for my truck. He never tried to up sale me which is a pet peeve of mine and just spoke with me as if we had known each other for years. Thank you Brian for taking the extra time even after collecting on the bill.


Fair deal all around.

Owen Tamm was our sales guy and he was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The dealership gave me a fair price for my trade-in. The facility is fantastic and I love my new vehicle.
