Rude service representative, walked away from me when I questioned him about the service. Very disappointed with the tires on my car with only 24,000 miles on them being told they needed to be replaced. Car is still under the three-year 36,000 mile warranty.

Have bought last 4 vehicles here, but this latest
Have bought last 4 vehicles here, but this latest experience was by far the worst and has soured me from any further purchases at Lokey. I will however call out one exception which is Christian West. He is amazing, did everything within his power to work with me on not only finances but w/issues post sale. He understands the importance of repeat customers and deserves a raise. Here’s what i found unacceptable. I traded in my 2022 nissan for the 2025 nissan frontier. I advised the sales person Siyur and others, multiple times that i would be using new truck to tow a boat and camper. I also said it was an absolute deal breaker that i would need the service team to take my tow break and tow hitch from old truck and install them on new truck. Service was closed so we discussed that he would schedule an appt with service to handle this the following Sat 11/23. I was advised no one would touch my old truck till then and Siyur asked if i wanted to keep my truck bed cover, and i said that would be great. Return at agreed upon time 1130 am Sat. Siyur then tells me 1st that the truck cover wont fit new truck (this isnt true, but it wasn’t my most important item). About 15 min later he brings out my hitch and says they cant install it, ill need to put it on myself. I said ok, they did it last time but i guess i can have my husband put it in the reciever. I ask about my tow break, about 20 min later Siyur cones out and tells me, bad news they already sold my old truck. He offered me a tank of gas to “compensate” me. Upon advising him that was not acceptable because we need someone to intall it and part plus the install would be few hundred $,he takes another 15-20 min comes back and says good news they did sell my truck but still have it and can get the tow break out. He then asks me if i have time to wait while they install it. Said would take about an hour. I said of course thats why im here. He said he or someone would find me in lobby when done. After waiting 1.5 hours I talk to Chuck in service who advises me he gave sales the tow break hours ago and that no one gave him an install order. So i walk over to Siyur to ask whats up. Then in true gaslighting fashion, he looks me in the face, said that was never discussed as though WHOLE conversations were just made up in my head and I just took it upon myself to waste half a day for nothing. Shaking mad, i talked to Christian who made arrangements to correct at a later date. So I drive home only to find out the dang truck doesn’t even have a tow receiver!!! WTH?!? Allll the discussions about towing and this wasn’t even mentioned ONCE! I called Christian again in a panic, and he corrected the situation again (did i mention he’s awesome?). Well newest issue is that I bought truck 11/18, it is now 12/4 and my trade-in has yet to be paid, for a truck you all “allegedly” already sold within 4 days of trade-in. Fl staute 319.24(5) states “a motor vehicle dealer acquiring ownership of a vehicle shall pay and satisfy outstanding lien / trade-in balances within 10 working days of acquiring ownership”. I’ve now left a few messages and have spoken to 2 people requesting a payoff date and have not been provided one. Though i was advised by them up to 30 day to which I quoted the law, only to be gaslit again “well I’ve been doing this for 10 plus years” well that’s great, you should know the law then!! Still waiting on my payoff! Very poor experience! 1. You guys basically stole my bed cover by lying and saying it wouldn’t fit and/or by “selling” my truck after telling me it wouldn’t be touched till after Sat when I could get my things 2) No one at all mentioned the truck didn’t have the tow package that i mentioned NEEDING multiple times, nor even tried to upsell it. And this is the pro 4x for goodness sakes!!! 3) at least 2 individuals have told me what I believe are lies and tried to gas light me. Possibly believing they can pull one over on a woman. 4. Loan not paid yet - Do better!
