They gave me a final price quote and I got the check from

They gave me a final price quote and I got the check from my bank, came back a few days later, after Thanksgiving. I told the sales person I did not know when I would be in but around 3pm, didn't get there until a little after 4 as I was waiting to the check to arrive. He told me he would have the paperwork ready When I got there, the paperwork wasn't even ready plus there was only one financial manager working. He told us we would be sitting there for awhile because the financial manager was busy with another couple buying a vehicle. We waited for hours, and our sales associate came back a few times saying 'if you guys would've gotten here earlier, we would've been done by now' 'I was supposed to leave at 5'. The sales manager did not stop by the desk or say a single word to us the entire evening we were there. When it was finally time for the financial manager to review everything, he pointed out to the sales associate that my check was short by about $1600. I showed them the final price they gave me and it was different than what they were saying I now owe, as they did not originally calculate taxes and upped some 'other fees'. They told me they could work with me on the fees but not the taxes, understandably. However, since I already had the check printed, and I had already waited for almost 4 hours, I decided to take off the CPO as it would be closer to what the check was for. The sales associate was upset I took CPO off and grabbed his jacket from the desk were sitting at and told his coworker 'I'm out of here'. The financial manager helped us the rest of
