I received a coupon via email for 15% off.

I received a coupon via email for 15% off. Highlighted in red it states this coupon applies to all Services or Repairs. At the bottom there is very fine print with exclusions. This is misleading. They gave me $20 off a bill of $1,115…which is a far cry from 15%. Also, I was asked if I wanted my vehicle washed. I replied yes and that wasn’t done. I highly doubt that I will take my car back to be serviced in Schereville and will reach out to BMW’s corporate office.

Joe Armstrong is the reason the Service Department gets my highest rating! The Service Manager sets the tone. Joe's work ethic and knowledge set him apart from other Service Managers. He gives respect, and receives it in return. Thank you for all that you do, Joe. I appreciate you.

The staff were all polite and friendly.

The staff were all polite and friendly. The service was done in the time line that they said it would be done and the waiting area is top notch. Over all, excellent service department and staff.

Had a bit of an issue that occurred right before a

Had a bit of an issue that occurred right before a planned road trip. Explained the issue and urgency. They picked up the car and returned it the next day. They even filled the windshield wiper fluid to help ensure we had a safe trip. Joe Giuliano ensure everything was seemless.

They responded to a concern that I had and worked with me to resolve my concern. I have purchased two cars from this dealership and based on both their sales and service plan on purchasing a third in the near future.
