GMC-Acadia/Denali 2012

The only reason for giving the "Quality of repair" 4 stars is because a part was not in to repair my brakes. Other than that, the service I receive is always exceptional! Thank You Luis- Service Advisor.

Excellent Customer Service

I came in for a scheduled oil change in my car and suddenly my wife was driving a new one? I would like to Thank Will Germain as well as Fred Mahani for their support and excellent customer service and for making things work for us. My wife leased a 2015 Buick Encore.

Do Not Trust

Worked out a deal through email/internet and agreed to an "out the door price". However, after the test drive the price that was given to me was much higher than agreed price. The manager did not want to honor the price on the email. What a waste of time... Do not trust this dealership.

Dinali Terrain

Carmen Mastangelo was our sales person and he was great to deal with. We hadn't come in for a car we came in for an oil change and a few hours later we left with a new car. Carmen was so easy to talk to and very accommodating to our needs. I would refer him to anyone.

Professional, Friendly, Efficient

Called in to get information on a new lease - professional, knowledgeable sales manager answered all my questions and understood my needs. My concerns were given attention and feel quite satisfied with my lease on a new vehicle - just love my Buick Regal!! In addition, the Sales & Leasing Consultant as well as the Assistant Service Manager were very personal and quite helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend Coral Springs Auto Mall - Service Department is great!

Keep his promise

Mr. Gerald promised me a deal that it would work with my budget and he made it possible. Very acknowledgeable about the Buick in general, and made me more enthusiastic about buying a Buick more than ever! Fantastic!

Excellent Customer Service

My Wife and stopped in to check out a SUV we saw on the Coral Springs Auto Mall Website. The truck was there at the Sales Price listed. Our Salesman Joel was a pleasure to work with and the Finance Manager was very helpful getting us approved with the Payments that we can afford. A couple of weeks after the Sale we even received a call from our Salesman Joel checking up on us and thanking us again for making our purchase at Coral Springs Auto Mall. We will definately be back in the future to purchase again.

If you looking for service, look elsewhere

Phones not answered, no service manager, no qualified GMC transmission tech, phone calls not returned. I had my truck towed into this facility based on reviews and had to have it towed out of this facility after it experiencing reality. Not having a tech qualified to service my vehicle was bad enough but the overall customer service, beginning with a telephone call transferred to who knows where that is never answered and when calling in from another number goes eventually to the voice message of another who knows where and then a customer care rep who eventually takes a message after my 4th phone call. Sadly, that call is NEVER returned. This is not the type of service or quality that a GMC driver pays for nor expects.
