New car buying experience
This is the 2nd new car I've bought from Integrity in 4 years. Both times I was "just looking" and found exactly what I was looking for. Every person there, from the owners, to the manager, Mr. Tubbs, each salesman you come in contact with and Josh and the service department are complete professionals and really make an effort to make sure you are satisfied with whatever reason you're there. No doubt my next new car will come from there. Great dealership to work with!

2017 Corvette Shopping
Newer remodeled Chevrolet Dealership, shopped for a new 2017 Corvette Z51 2LT or 3LT with (FE4) Magnetic Selective Ride Control option or a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport 2LT 3LT. Did not have vehicles either Corvettes in stock (Only had about 6 Corvettes in stock), not a large Corvette inventory dealership. Visited Memorial Day weekend 2017, sales people not pushy. Would recommend if you were looking for Chevy trucks.

2017 Chevrolet Malibu
I was looking for a good car and a friend of mine recommended Integrity Chevrolet, I was apprehensive about going by myself, because some car dealers try to take advantage of women, Not this place. I told them what I could afford and they got me a brand New 2017 Malibu. And I wish I had gone there along time ago. The People there are Awesome Wayne Tubbs and April Blackburn was the most awesome people, I would recommend this car dealership to all my friends. I have never had a brand new car in my life and they made it happen. You all get a 110 % from me. Thank you so much I love my Car.

Not happy
The sales person Pam was great. But after asking that my credit not be pulled for several creditors because I was already pre approved though a bank I was totally ignored and credit was ran though five banks. I totally disagree with this. That really hurt my score. This is my second car from this dealership but will not return because they seem to not care about the request of the buyer and only want to make a sale.

Horrible Serice
Horrible customer service. Called in to schedule appointment and asked about rates. Was told repairs would be covered under warranty and arrived and owner calls if repairs are done might cost but did not state that it costs for diagnostic to be done. Manager named Eric should really get it together on customer service and rates. Tricking a customer on word usage just to get business is not good for business. Thanks for fixing vehicle but will not return in future PERIOD!
