Chris Ogene is such a patient person. What a doll. I have bought 2 cars from him in the last few years, and I think I almost drove him crazy. Each time I test drove (at least) 3 cars before making my choice. He honestly gave me the pros and cons of each and listened to what I wanted. He helped my pick wanrranties that worked for me and with no pressure. White is my favorite color so imagine asking him to show me 6 white cars that fit my needs and my budget! Please ask for Chris Ogene if you are looking for a car. He has a playful side so it won't feel stressful (he made my friend laugh a lot and she is a very serious person). His used manager Sinaah was very helpful too. I was not comfortable driving at night, so they delivered the car to my home! Thank you Fitzgerald, I will be sending friends!

This is our third vehicle purchase at Fitzgerald Toyota! Two Prius’ and a Tacoma. Our last purchase went so smoothly that we were able to purchase a new Tacoma Limited in less than four hours. We arrived at the dealership at 9am, located a model on the lot and drove off in a new car by 1pm. David Dean was our salesman and he facilitated a smooth and flawless transaction which included a trade-in as well! We have also had good experiences with the Service and Parts department. This dealership is half an hour from our home, but well worth the drive due to he exceptional customer service. Keep up the great work Fitzgerald Toyota!

I had an awesome car buying experience at Fitzgerald Toyota in Gaithersburg, MD. My sales consultant was Chris Ogene, and he made the process as simple and non-stressful as it could be. My insurance company had just declared my car a total loss, so I had to transition from the Service Department (thank you, Steve Winkler) to the Sales Department for a totally unexpected purchase. First, I had a conversation with Chris about my needs and budget, and he sent me a few listings (new and used) to check out virtually. We narrowed to 5 choices in my price range. I came in after work the next day for test drives. One of my choices had been sold, and another one was too small in person. We added 2 more cars I saw on the lot. I asked questions, and Chris was patient and thorough. I selected a car I was sure about. I then added a couple of options/ enhancements after consulting with Britney Blango. Chris was also helpful and clear at guiding me through all the paperwork involved. The financing aspect went smoothly, and I got a good rate and monthly payments I am comfortable with. All in all, within 4 hours, I bought a car I was/am totally excited about (even though I started out bothered about having to get back into monthly car payments). Every person I interacted with (including the manager, Phil Formichelli) was helpful and professional. I would send anyone looking for a car over to Fitzgerald Toyota. I found it strange that the dealership wasn’t willing to negotiate the price of the vehicle I purchased. Tim was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted and was willing to come into work early because I was traveling from out of state to pick up the car.

We purchased our second car from David Dean at Fitzgerald Toyota. Our first one was in October 2023 (Prius XLE AWD) and the other was in November 2024 (Toyota Tacoma Limited). If you want somebody who is super in tuned to your needs, guided by honesty and integrity, then I highly recommend David. I hand picked him at the Gaithersburg location over a dealership that was far closer to my home as the sales experience was well worth the drive. There is a fun family feel to Fitzgerald and this carries over into the Service department as well.
