In march of 2021 i drove from redding ca to look at a beautiful 2017 2500 heavy duty ram pick up i talked to my sell's person went out of his way to makes sure that the truck was what ge said it was So when I arrived they had the truck ready for me to test drive it and to look it over the truck was what they advertised just perfect I found a couple of things wrong they jumped on it i went to lunch with my friend and when I came back it was ready to driver her back home I would buy again from this one dealership Sean.was a great salesmen

I bought a car from this dealer ship last 2020 of March because I was very pregnant and needed a reliable car, when we called about it they had it listed for 9800 and when we asked to go down to 7600 they said they would probably be able to do that for us. The listing on line also said a 90 day return policy available. So we drive 2 and a half hours to go hopefully get this car. Well right off the bat as we pull in they have a paper on the car saying no 90 day return I should have taken that as a sign. Still I was intrigued, when we checked the car out there was a head light out. Should have been a sign too but it was the color I wanted and I couldn't look past it. After they refused to give us a deal and gave me a half xxx warranty (not the warranty company, they were amazing) and a few unacceptable comments later they couldn't figure out why they weren't finding me in the system. We went home with nothing and the next day I had a gentleman call me and said they figured it out and would be able to drive it down for me, I agreed to the deal. In all honesty right now I wish I didn't. In august this car I just bought for almost 10000 dollars wouldn't start so I took it into Subaru 1100 dollars later the part was replaced and lucky the warranty paid for most of it. Well here we are again, but this time I have a baby with a 104 fever, I'm driving to the hospital to get her checked out and my car down shifts and wont drive on the side of a F***ing highway, I tow it to Subaru once more and they tell me it needs a brand new transmission for 7200, amongst other things, well now at this point I'm mad as xxxx. I call Dream City , explain what's going on hoping maybe they would help in some way. The first guy I get tells me " You bought a $9800 used car, what did you expect"? EXCUSED ME. I expected it to out run a xxxx year for sure. You guys sold me a f***ed up car and refuse to take responsibility. Next day I get a call from a different guy, he asks some question tells me to email him a few things and he will see what he can do. Okay maybe hopeful. No! I wait a week and call them back totally different guy again asks some questions says he needs info and he'll get back to me. Finally they tell me there's nothing they can do. All I can tell you for the future buyer from this dealership is don't. Don't buy it even if its your dream car and color. I am now stuck paying for this and I wish there were better laws in place for this specific reason. To me it looks like they buy auction cars, detail the inside and put them on the lot with out inspection and over price them. They give you a half xxx warranty that only covers retail price of the car probably to save there xxx even though they charge you a extra $2500 for it . They are stressful to deal with, more then willing to rip you off to and lie on there adds about the car. #Just my Experience Thank you to Subaru who has given me a huge discount on there services and a rental while they waited for Dream city to get back to me with no help. They have been nothing but amazing

Excellent service and hospitality!
Traded in my 01 Ram for an 05. They worked with me on the deal. Everyone was very friendly. Several gentlemen helped me switch my fuel take. Called about the pickup one day and was able to drive it home the next. Great service. Thank you Shawn and thank you everyone!

We had an awesome experience buying our new truck from Dream City Auto. Our sales guy Eric was super helpful and very personable. I really liked the honest and upfront communication from the whole staff but Eric and Rami really went to bat for us. The worst service I have ever experienced!!
The worst service I have ever experienced. I called to inquire about a car and we had a pretty long conversation. The sales person said they would get back to me by the end of the day. Never got a phone call. A couple days later, I called to see if they had answers to the questions I had asked including the price of the vehicle and they apologized for not getting back to me and said they would get all my questions answered. Two weeks later and I have still not heard back from them. They lost a potential six figure sale and will never do business with these people. They can't be trusted!!

Small Car dealer = Better Service
We visited a few car dealers while searching for our next car. We thought bigger car dealers offer more options than smaller ones. However, the smaller ones seem dedicated, in our experience, to really make sure that you are a happy customer. Rami and David and Junior went all out to help us select the best car for us, and also helped us afterwords. We feel like we have created a relationship also for the future. This is not our experience when you go to a big car dealer. You are just a customer out of a million. We recommend Dream City Auto Sales and are very happy with the car, and the service. So thank you, we appreciate you.

Outstanding service
I bought a used 08 Dodge Grand Caravan. Minor oil leak that the service manager, Junior, took care of free of charge. Later realize that the previous owner never replaced the spark plugs, leaving me with low gas mileage. Junior took that upon himself as well, only charging me $50 for parts AND labor. This is a service that would have cost me at least $120 anywhere else. This place has a great selection of trucks, vans and suvs new and used. The best part of my experience is definitely the selflessness of Junior and his service team. 5 stars!
