Ordered a bentayga and received the vehiclena few months later. Smooth process. Went in for the first service and it is just not a great experience. No vehicle pickup options. Service loaner car for a bentley is a lexus... car wash left water marks all over. Many other small misc things that just add up to a really poor level of service. Buy your car here. Get it serviced elsewhere.

BENTLEY NEWPORT BEACH SERVICE DEPT
Bentley Newport Beach does a great job on my annual service. I live dead center between Beverly Hills and Newport Beach. I continue my loyalty to this service dept., bc they do a great job servicing my SUV; from time frame upon completion to pricing. Scott always takes care of me. The Bentley Bentayga is a great SUV. I drove the top Range Rover for ten years, and I'll take the Bentley brand any day over LR, now.

For Porsche Newport Beach: It was a great and satisfactory experience buying my 2018 e63s Edition one from your shop. Both Jorge and the financial guy were super experienced and professional. There were numerous hiccups in my situation and they both were patient and they guided me in resolving all of them. Thank you for your great shop and having great staff! Wish you even a greater success. Also I wanted to commend on your care on the surface of my car. What type of care and wax did you use? Of the whole trip from your shop to Livermore, a 400 mile drive, not a drop, I want to emphasize not a single drop, of bird's guano has laid on my car. Brava!!

Audi Newport Beach. Beware.
I am the owner of a 2012 Audi S5. The car has been well maintained with relatively low mileage (43,000 miles), and I have faithfully brought my car to Audi Newport Beach for ALL scheduled maintenance even after end of the 4 year warranty. Until now, I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience as a first time Audi owner and have been giving serious consideration to upgrading to the new Audi RS5. However, after my most recent experience at Audi Newport Beach, I have re considered. I initially brought my car to the Audi Newport Beach on 2/19/18 after the Check Engine Light went on . After a diagnostic work up, I was told the problem required a replacement of the High Pressure Fuel Pumps. This repair was performed at a cost of $1875.98, and my car was returned on evening of 2/23/18. Less than 12 hours after I picked up my car, the Check Engine Light and EPC light came back on. Furthermore, while driving to work, the car abruptly slowed, and smoke began to come out of the exhaust. I was able to safely make it to a parking lot, but when I tried to restart the car to bring it back to the dealership, it would not start. I had to have my car towed back at my expense. After a second diagnostic work up, I was now told there was a new problem that was not previously detected. I now needed to have all 8 fuel injectors replaced at a cost of $2859.91. I was told that the diagnostic codes for the faulty fuel injectors did not appear until the second visit. Alexander Hamlin, one of the Service Advisors, told me it may have "just been co-indicence? that the Fuel Injectors failed less than one day after replacing the High Pressure Fuel Pumps. Jose Magana, another Service Advisor, suggested it was bad luck. He also stated I would be taken care of after bring the car back for a second repair, and he implied that the cost of the repair would be covered. However, Audi Newport Beach failed to honor his promise. The shop foreman theorized that the repair of the High Pressure Fuel Pumps unmasked the problem with the Fuel Injectors because of carbon build up in the engine. Hence the second charge. The bottom line is that I brought a drivable car with a Check Engine Light to the Dealership. Less than 12 hours after I picked up my car from the initial repair, the car wouldn't start and had smoking coming from the exhaust. Although I am not a mechanic, I find it hard to believe this was just bad luck or a co incidence. I am also disappointment that I had to pay $4735.89 for the two repairs, especially when I was re-assured that the cost of the second repair would be covered. When I bring a car faithfully back to the original dealership for all scheduled maintenance and repairs, even after the end of the warranty, I do so with the expectation that it is being service by highly trained, Audi certified mechanics. I pay the extra money for the service at a dealership with the expectation that the car will be well cared for. When my loyalty to this Audi and this dealership in particular is repaid by this kind of service, you can be sure that I have no intension of ever returning Audi Newport Beach, nor ever buying an Audi again.
