If looking for exceptional service and wonderful people I

If looking for exceptional service and wonderful people I highly recommend Landmark Honda. Great service and support, never dissappointed. My service adviser David Mendez never disappoints me, I make an appointment and show up and he takes care of everything else. He is patient and informative and makes everything smooth and stress free. He always helps and advises me with my maintenance necessities/priorities . I am blessed to have Landmark Honda to put me behind the wheel of a Civic (my favorite model) and the technicians that repair my car and for David Mendez my service advisor . David M is great to work with in the service department. He communicates well and easily explained the extra work the shop recommended for my 2016 CRV. I was in and out in less than 3 hours. I have always used Landmark Honda service department.

I would give negative stars if I could.

I would give negative stars if I could. Sleazy, horrible customer service. How in the world is a place like this allowed to exist? My family and I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealership and strongly advise others to avoid it. In 2023, we purchased a van and were sold a “4-year maintenance plan” by the finance manager, who failed to disclose that Honda provides 2 years of complimentary Honda Care maintenance. We only discovered this when we took our van for service last week and were informed that the complimentary coverage had expired, leaving us to pay the full service cost. When we contacted the dealership to clarify, the customer service was abysmal. Reaching someone by phone was nearly impossible—calls went unanswered, and it took days of persistent calling to get through. The staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and failed to follow through on promises to call back. The finance manager, War, admitted we were “lied to” and sold a “horrible plan” by a salesman who no longer works there, likely due to similar issues. Despite assurances that we were in "good hands," the finance manager was absent the next day without passing our time-sensitive case to anyone or notifying us, forcing us to chase them relentlessly. The General Manager, Rob White, called us seemingly as a means of placating us because we have not heard back from him and when we attempted to reach back out were told that we were not allowed to be transferred to him but that our case would be presented to him to see if it was worthy of his attention. Most frustratingly, the dealership acknowledged their error and admitted to misleading us but refused to offer a full refund or take any meaningful steps to rectify the situation. Their lack of accountability is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

When you come in for an appointment or just need your questions and concerns addressed he cares and never leaves you or your car feeling overlooked. Love my certified Honda from Landmark Honda in

Love my certified Honda from Landmark Honda in Alexandria. My purchase price was fair, and trade in excellent. Service has been professional, caring, and helpful due to very knowledgeable mechanics. As a retired teacher watching my budget is important. Landmark helps me plan for future services and estimates costs, Ricardo, today for example, explained why my tire pressure was reading irregular then explained individual pressure in each tire. He treated intelligently. I look forward to being a client for many years.
