Great prices, but service was a little slow and of

Great prices, but service was a little slow and of inconsistent quality. Mark Davis initially helped us but did not listen to what we wanted and would not answer questions clearly. Once we got moved to another salesperson, Adeel Hafeez, the process was much clearer and he was much more helpful. But then as we were negotiating financing, we understood we came to an agreement on an extended warranty term but the employee responsible for financing tried to get us a lower-quality package for the agreed-upon price. Glad I caught that after she printed the documents for us to sign! We ended up not getting any warranty at all, since she couldn’t actually agree to the terms we had understood we had agreed on 15 minutes prior. Overall, the whole process took longer than expected, and service was inconsistent, but we’re happy with the overall deal we got on our new Honda CRV

i drove 1.

i drove 1.5 hrs to purchase new 2024 ridgeline with 5 miles on it. dealer send me invoice saying 10 miles. actual vehicle was a loaner with 615 miles, had multiple scratches and nicks, leather door panel inside was ripped. their sales manager offered me some touchup paint and swap door panel with another vehicle. i would not recommend this dealer

SERVICE REVIEW - Had an appointment for routine service

SERVICE REVIEW - Had an appointment for routine service at 9am. I show up 5 min early and am told the wait is 2.5-3 hours. I’d love to hear a good explanation for this other than you prioritizing walk-ins over your appointments. How can you be nearly 3 hours behind after just opening less than an hour prior? A complete joke and I will not be back. Just get service from one of the other Honda dealers in the area that actually honors their appointment times.

The service team were courteous and have answers to all

The service team were courteous and have answers to all my questions. I was given accurate explanations to everything that needed to be done to the car. I was being inform of the status of the parts ordered and the time frame for the repair. It was a pleasure to be treated that way and made me feel confident that I to ok the car to the right place. The team member, David, excels all the expectations a customer deserves when your car goes to a repair shop/dealer. Thank you!

I was told I would wait 1 hour 45 minutes for an oil

I was told I would wait 1 hour 45 minutes for an oil change and emissions. I waited there. It took 3 hours 45 minutes. The advisor could not be contacted during this time. I had also made an appointment for a recall fix. After waiting 2 hours I was told that they didn’t even have the parts for such a thing.
