Service is bad I made an appointment online and the day of the appointment I was told there is no tech to look at my vehicle so the service manager re schedule me another appointment so I went back to the date That I was scheduled same result they don't have tech to look at my. My vehicle is still under warranty I lease two vehicle from that dealership and purchase 2 same dealership.

Service department lies and deceives you then charges tons of money and called me an xxxxxxx when I argued about how much. They charged me 95.00 to change a fuse and 300 to tell me everything I already told them needed fixing the service manager was a xxxxx and told me to get out. They charged me 1300.00to install a fuse and a 250.00 window motor

Bad service , car still under guarantee and they charge, they said service and dealer are separate has nothing to do with Nissan dealer. Spanish lady very rude.

NOT RECOMMENDED. a year ago i started bringing my car...

NOT RECOMMENDED. a year ago i started bringing my car here and they were amazing BUT the last two times ive brought my car in including today... they have been awful. The last time i was here was a couple months ago and my advisor then was Fernanda and her attitude was everything but delightful, she was disrespectful and rude, after that i was like im not brining my car in again, to xxxx with dealing with people like that. I returned today because hey people deserve a second chance... WRONG ! today my advisor was Rachel , i had my appointment set at 7:30am my car was not brought into the shop until 8:10 , around 8:30 i notcied another customer waiting for her car, i saw the tech working on her car (instead of mine) i asked her what her apt time was she said 8:00. I Was in disbelief that her car was being worked on before mine, so i went and spoke to my advisor, her excuse was they are short staffed so he is working on both cars at the same time... (STILL DOES NOT EXPLAIN WHY HER CAR IS BEING WORKED ON BEFORE MINE!) she replied and said im going to talk to him, she did and he stopped working on the other car and finally started on mine! 9:10 AM,1 HOUR AND 40 Minutes later my car was finally done ! the other customers car was done at that time her appointment time was 1 hour later.... I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN. Daisy Ramirez please get on these people because they are not doing their job correctly . feel free to contact me, but i wont be returning.
