False promises, lies and deceit.

False promises, lies and deceit. The absolute worst buying experience in 4o years. Purchased a Chev Silverado for $40k and was told it had been inspected and all was good. Absolutely not the case. Promised work that they then refused to complete and then touched up my red truck with what appears to be orange fingernail polish. STAY CLEAR .

The Sales Team is great to work with, however, NEVER go

The Sales Team is great to work with, however, NEVER go to this service department. I've used them three times, and all three times they said they completed work they didn't do (i.e. replace windshield wiper blades, rotate tires, change the oil). Daisy Ramirez is the Service Manager, and the entire team outside of the service department say she's the issue with this location and it's so bad they won't even take their own cars there, and they've even said "you'd be better off changing your own oil than taking it here - it's terrible."

Horrible service department rude, not reconciling

The service department is horrible, rude, condescending, not reconciling at all. I just wanted to know how long and trying to work out what would be done, how long and communication. Finally I asked in frustration of the rudeness, "Should I go to another Nissan and so willingly he handed back my key and said Yes." I asked is he turning me away and he stated it would be best to go to another service. At this point, I would never buy a car at Burien Nissan, what horrible service.

Major ripoff, or at least attempted ripoff.

Major ripoff, or at least attempted ripoff. Our 2011 Nissan Leaf, which we bought elsewhere, has been super reliable, but started having some intermittent charging problems that our wonderful West Seattle independent shop, Foreign Car Workshop, couldn't handle. So we took it to Burien Nissan. They said we needed a new on-board charger, for which they wanted to charge us $3100. They also said our car needed 8 other things, to bring the total, including shop fees and tax, to $5028, which is more than the car is worth. We were stunned, took our car to High Road Automotive, and independent shop in Ballard, and they repaired the charging port (which they said was scorched from a short) for $1100, which fixed the problem. We then went to Foreign Car Workshop for the rest of the flagged areas, most of which they said weren't even necessary or had clearly already been done, and paid $326. So less than $1500 vs $5,000. I know dealerships have a reputation for high fees, but this is really unconscionable, and I wonder whether it was because my wife brought the car in and they thought they could take advantage of her. Needless to say I'll never take another car to Burien Nissan again.

Dishonest - Beware

I purchased a 2000 Frontier in January, 2023 from Burien Nissan. I was working with salesman Ismael (Izzy) Gutierrez. My main concern prior to purchasing was if it had any leaks. Izzy let me know via text "No I can't see any leaks". I proceeded with the purchase. It wasn't until I had bad shocks replaced (about a month after being in my possession) that I noticed there was a major oil leak. I started communicating with Izzy and Oscar (their used car manager). Under their direction, we would start with me taking the Frontier to my local Nissan dealership (Mossy Nissan) to diagnose. The service department at Mossy notified me on March 15, 2023, there are two major leaks...one was the rear crank seal, and the other was from the oil pan. They also mentioned seepage around valve cover gasket. I'm fine with seepage. What I'm not fine with are the two major leaks. Major leaks (which leave xxxxxxof oil 7 inches long by 3 inches wide on the ground) don't start overnight. Leaks start slow and progressively get worse. These leaks had to be there when the vehicle was sold, but their service department, and salesman didn't notice them. Mossy Nissan quoted $5,000 for all leak/seepage repairs. I asked for price without valve cover seepage, and it was $3.900.This has turned out to be a huge burden for a truck I was told had no leaks. I have also received a quote from independent repair shop called Car Tune, and price would be $2,280 to repair both major leaks. I've asked Oscar for assistance with repair, and he said he'd need to discuss with the General Manager. I keep reaching out via text March 15 and 16th, 2023, but am now being ignored. I've also emailed Thomas or Tom Chang (the General Manager) a couple times March 15, 2023 and another time March 16, 2023, and he's not replying. I'm hoping the dealership does what's right to remedy this situation, and cover the $2,280, which was quoted for the repair.
