Vehicle Servicing

I purchased a chevy equinox from a different dealership and began having serious problems (vehicle was turning off while being used) about three months in from purchase and was recommended this dealership from a different facility as they may be able to cover under warranty. The original representative I first spoke with in the service department was so helpful (thank you Khris) but the person we were assigned to after was not helpful at all and even rude when dropping off the vehicle. He would also gloss over updates without much information and pretty much refused to elaborate on any questions leaving me totally bewildered. A week after having my vehicle taken care of with parts replaced, the same issue has come back. I don’t feel safe having anyone operate the vehicle and I’m disappointed. Everyone else was kind but I don’t feel comfortable coming back here.

great deals

Very good dealership everyone is wearing a mask and they pretty much got great deals. I will recommend this to a friend that are looking to buy a new or used cars from here.

A REALLY NICE DEALERSHIP!!!

We alwaYs go here to check out twist they bring in for Used, Demo cars. They have great NEW VEHICLES as well... We almost bought a Sierra here a few years back... but we couldn’t because MY Credit wasn’t up to par For what we wanted. Even though we weren’t successful in buying, I would highly recommend looking over there if you’re looking for a quality New/Used vehicle, Low Miles on used, GREAT PRICES!!! Very Nice Staff.

Amazing!!!!

I was recently in a car wreck that totaled my car, so I wasn’t actually planning to purchase a car anytime soon. Between insurance problems and injuries, I wasn’t in the mood either to buy a car. I found a used Traverse online and Rudy contacted me when I requested information. Quickly gave me my out the door price, warranty options, etc. I showed up, he was wAiting and ready we went on a test drive. Noticed a crack in the windshield but I loved the car. They quickly informed me because I was traveling so far, that I could take the car and they would send somebody to me to replace the window. I was in and out in under two hours and they scheduled satellite to come repair my window the following Monday. It was the easiest best process I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. From the initial inquiry to the sitting filling out the paperwork and the follow up with fixing my window. I will definitely be a customer for life.

Honest! No hidden fees, tricks, or pressure!

This was the lowest pressure sales experience ever. I was all geared up for battle and it wasn’t necessary. Went to buy a Tesla, and they had three to chose from. No pressure to get into the most expensive. Haggling was non existent. “I’ll take a few hundred off the most expensive one to make the choice between the three easy”. No one forced me to stay. No one chased me when I had to leave to see other cars. No pressure follow up phone calls or automated texts. No email spams. No surprises on low jack or any of that paint sealant crap. No scams at this place. There was a little mix up in which car I wanted when I got there, but that was solved fast on the paperwork and no pressure. I did the loan app from home. Loan was ready when I walked back in the next day, and i was in the finance office less than 15 minutes. They went over all paperwork in detail and didn’t let me skip through anything too fast. They spent more time detailing my car than selling it to me! It was such a shock, I didn’t think they wanted my money at first. My sales guy, Danny, was awesome. The team was friendly. My detailer put some extra love into cleaning it in spite of the mixup causing him to clean the wrong car, so I tipped him...even though he was a lakers fan. Haha! Very laid back atmosphere. No tricks. No funny business. No fake or hidden fees. The facilities are a “little outdated” compared to other modern dealers, but other than that, it was perfect. I drove over 20 miles each way, twice in LA traffic, to drive and then buy this car. If they have the car Im looking for the next time I’m in the market, I’m not even gonna try anywhere else. What a fresh and unique buying experience. Did I mention my sales guy came in on XMas Eve just so I could give the car as a present on Xmas day? Highly recommended. Ask for Danny when you go! In short, WOW!

Great place!

I drove over 200 miles to Reynolds because not only did they give me a great price on a Certified Chevrolet Traverse, they treated my wife and I great. Henry was awesome and you can tell that people love to work there. Most of my dealing was done over the phone with another rep. I will drive over 200 miles again to Reynolds if they have a vehicle that I'm looking for. My only minor complain is that once we went to financing, the finance person gave us a feeling of discomfort as we didn't get any of the add-ons. I know that they probably make commission on things like exterior paint protectant but once you have explained something, be ok that a customer says "no" as your customers maybe well informed about all those add-ons. Overall, I would say that after dealing with about 10 dealerships throughout my life, Reynolds is the best!

Everyone takes the time to address you not avoid U

Work was started and completed on the same day, and the air works great, to the point my kids in the back are asking me to turn it down, we bought this car used June 2014 I've never had that request from them.

Can never go wrong

I always enjoy having my car serviced at Reynolds. Everyone is so nice and it's like coming to visit family. I feel a genuine concern as they take good care of Big Red. Glad I chose to have my car serviced with you
