Preston was a fantastic sales representative to work with. I really appreciated him utilizing text messages to negotiate while I was at work. The finance department was not as pleasant to deal with. Fernando actually raised his voice towards me at one point. Then, I had to fetch my trade pay off information and numbers almost 24 hours after I left with my new truck.

These guys are bad xxx. I was in and out in a couple hours. Finance process is super streamlined. I'm definitely going to be using them in 13 months lol

We went in to look at trucks, Christian met us and showed us several trucks and he made sure he knew what we were lol g for in a truck. We also wanted to look at Chevy trucks and he took our phone number and thanked us for stopping by. During the week he texted to check in with us. The following Sunday we went back in to test drive the truck. Christian was with another customer and Jesse went with us to drive it. We went in and talked numbers, which were good to us. Fernando completed all the paperwork and we drove out in our beautiful new truck… All 3 of these gentlemen were great and made buying this truck easy without pressure.. The dealer did a good job. At issue is the product. The screen in my Jeep failed within a few days of ownership. Less that 500 miles. Very frustrated... Now they are ordering a new one not sure how long that will take. So now as I drive my brand new Jeep in silence and no hands free cellular I am reminded that I purchased a vehicle that does not work. Very frustrated.
