I had been looking for a used Honda Pilot for my daughter. I called probably 20 people, looked at ads for 12 hours, texted people, etc. Long story shorter, I saw where Curtis Motors in Maryville had a 2006 Honda Pilot that looked to be in good condition and the price was fair (I know this because I looked at probably close to a hundred within a 200 mile radius). I liked the looks of it, drove it and made a deal with Curtis. He showed me the Car Fax and was great to deal with. I knew from looking at all of the info on Honda Pilots, that the older ones lasted forever, but one flaw was that the timing belt should be replaced at 105K miles as recommended by Honda. Well, I forgot to inquire about that and purchased the Pilot for my daughter. The next day I confirmed through the Honda dealership in Knoxville, that the timing belt was not done on the vehicle I purchased. I called and got a quote of $650.00 to repair it. I sent Curtis an email, in no way thinking he would even respond as he wasn't obligated, after all the vehicle was purchased as it. Curtis is sending me a check for half the costs for this. How many car dealerships, much less a used car dealership, would do something like this? This guy did the right thing, and really went above and beyond what you would expect. My daughter loves the vehicle and is happy with the outcome.

Finding a dealer with integrity is truly rare but Curtis is one of them. He helped us through the process and made sure we were happy. He did things for us that most dealers wouldn't even consider but Curtis will do everything he can to ensure his customers are happy. His honesty and customer care are truly amazing. We would recommend him to anyone and have already done so....you can trust him.

I spent many days and drove a bunch of miles looking for a used truck. I had not had any previous experience with Curtis but he had what looked to be what I wanted. He treated me as though I dealt with him forever and I ended up with the truck. I am what is called a senior citizen so I am a good judge of people. I drove 3 hours to see a Dodge Ram 1500 that Curtis had on his lot. I was looking to replace mine which had been totaled in an accident. Dealing with the insurance company was somewhat difficult but Curtis worked with me and was so awesome, understanding and helpful. Thanks Curtis! Love my truck!!!
