This place is a joke, I bought a vehicle and not even 24 hours it broke down and he refuses to give my money back and wants me to bring more money to him and him put me in something else so I did and the vehicle tires was flat and it barley started and then wouldn't go into gear!! This place is a rip off do I'm looking into a law suit because their is a limit law.. this place needs shut down

Was looking for a car run across affordable auto on 6004 Clinton hwy. We made the down payment 850.00 dollars a week later made a car payment of 200.00 but was charged a extra 25.00without being told . And a week later went to make another payment they claimed we was 450.00 dollars behind . That a lie from xxxx. Only had the car for 3 weeks . Remind you I have the bank statement of where my car payment was took out of my baning account. They do not keep up on their books . Then received a letter I still owned for the car after it was repo. Remind you I have my statements where the payments was taking from my bank account. Now they want me to pay full price for the car and a repo fee. I'm not paying nothing going to hire a lawyer because I have the proff of my payments being made . They claimed they would fix the window motor and the transmission but didn't keep their word They are a bunch of scam artists. Do not deal with the unless you have money to give away. They will be dealing with my lawyer.

Rip off!!!! Gave 1,000 down and wrote paperwork for another 1,000 in one week!!! Did not mention that in paperwork!!! Than repo car after one week!!!!

My niece Cierra Freeman got a Honda Pilot from Affordable Auto. They have the nicest salesman and very reasonable prices.. They are always there when needed.

We purchase the car from them about 3 months ago they keep telling us that the D M V is running slow we have had three temp tags we paid money down and I've had the car for about three-and-a-half to four months we were behind two payments and had to come to Murfreesboro Tennessee for an emergency and when we came outside one evening they had came from Knoxville to Murfreesboro to get the car they repoed it and they did not even tell us nothing about it we have tried to call them multiple times since this has happened and they will not answer our call we had to have the police department call down there to see if they had repoed it so we know if we needed to file a stolen police report but anyways they have done really dirty business and I would not recommend them to anybody again they will not answer our call to tell us what we have to do to get our car back they snuck up and got the car without any notice and a lot of our clothes and stuff we're still in the car and we can't get ahold of him to even get our stuff they are a sheisty company that I would not have anybody go to what shop

Went to see a car that they said was available! Got there at 10 am and the car wasn't even there!! They guy like they instructed and a gentleman said the other worker drove it home and would be in shortly. 50 minutes later and he still wasn't there. So we left. Waste of time and it's more of a junkyard. These guys don't care about their business or other peoples time. Completely disrespectful

the car i have it is not worth the amount of money im paying 6000 for 2008 olus all the money i had to put into it plus they had 3 tires on it and one not the same. i would not recommend going here. im pissed an they make you pay weekly which isnt cool

No no not ever!!!!! Save your $$$ they will screw u over big-time..... I have 5 daughters just recently had left an abusive man and just got screwed ona car through another company this dealership gave me a car that lasted 2 day shame on them they knew what had just happened to me......and I went to jail because my child support did t get paid where I missed work so I had more money gone...
