Unfortunately I am having to write a bad review for Quality Motors, after multiple attempts to contact Dan. 45 days ago (yes exactly because my temp tags... expired 5 days ago and my title work is still not done) I bought a car from Quality Motors. I had it for 2 weeks before it started falling apart. Shocks and Struts, Air Conditioning, My break pads were gone, there was no power steering fluid and now we are leaking fluid.... Within in the same week we had a friend by a car from QM and it's the same story, theirs was a $4000 fix. I really liked the people and the lady I talked to in Salmon was awesome with trying to help me contact someone that could help but If I wanted to spend all this money fixing a "Quality Used Car" ... I would had put the money into my Tahoe.
They did a great job. They matched other dealers on my trade. They even paid my registration. Go here. Tell them I sent you! I almost went to Johne... Elway motors. They beat their prices. They did an excellent job. This is the third car I have bought from them.
Awesome customer service, and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my new 4Runner! Would highly recommend them as Rich & Rusty were a pleasure... to work with. Thanks guys!
Needed a l Truck. These guys (Rich) not only let me drive several used trucks with no pressure but they even had additional truck brought in from another... lot (because I might be interested in it). I purchased a truck. Feel the deal was fair. (note: I hate car salesmen but did not feel that here}.
It was a pleasure doing business here. We love this car. Mint condition 2005 Honda. The general manager, Rusty runs a top quality dealership. Very happy... we found this place!
Got an amazing deal & service was awesome! Rusty really listened to my needs, & didn't push me into a purchase. Service dept is awesome & affordable!
Worst dealership. Take your business somewhere else. The manager Rusty is really shady. They have really nice LOOKING cars on their lot. In my experience,... they just wash the vehicles and put them on the lot without doing any maintenance.
