stopped on week end picked a car was told banks would approve me but not the car so was told to go to my own bank monday but to leave a deposit to hold car .went to my bank could not get payments i could make so went to get my deposit back and was told because i was ok,d [ car was not ] could not get my $500.00 dollor deposit back. there car is reason I lost $500.00. Isay I was robed. The sales crook did not explain the terms of paper i signed . Also did not ask for deposit till after he tokd me to try my bank. I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THEM TO ANY ONE.

JUST DON'T DO IT! They suck you in with the sweet sales and finance people then the owner screws you! If I could give negative stars I would! What started out as a great sales experience, turned into a legitimate nightmare! I bought a car from them, them knowing I was a single mom with very limited funds. They also knew this was my only transportation and I would be driving it to Illinois a week later. That did NOT stop them from selling me a car with a bad head gasket, some backyard mechanic "band aid" fixes to get it off the lot. Just a day or two after purchasing it, the engine light came on. I reached out and was told "oh that sucks, let me know what it is". Luckily that wasn't a big fix. I got that part repaired and started my drive to Illinois. I had problems with it overheating in Georgia and had the thermostat replaced (also no big deal, I understand used cars have issues). Then, I get to IL and it over heats again. It went straight to the repair shop where the water pump, temperature sensor, breather hose, and tensioner spring were replaced, as well as the oil was changed. It still overheated and was determined that the head gasket was blown. So, I spent almost $1000, needed to spend about $5000 more on a new motor, and was stuck in Illinois, having completely depleted all funds. I contacted the dealership and was told they would have my vehicle transported back and repaired "but not for free". I never asked for free. I asked for the "deferred payment/side payment" I was told of when I bought the car. Suddenly everyone denied that conversation occurred. Now, I have no vehicle, the owner has decided to "not continue with the loan" deeming it a "voluntary repo", my personal belongings are not being released to me without a fee, or, I can pay an exorbitant amount of money to "reclaim the vehicle" and have a new motor put in the vehicle they sold that had been "repaired". UNBELIEVEABLE, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Wow everything on their lot has high miles! No wonder the reviews are low. I was in the market to buy a vehicle. I guess I won’t be shopping here! You guys should try getting cars with less mileage

This is the worst car lot ever should be shut down and has several lawsuits put against them I purchased a pickup truck a few months ago from them 2 weeks later called them told them I found out the truck was in the flood from the hurricane all they said to me was they do not sell flooded vehicles now I can't even drive the truck because the electronics are all sorting out and killing my battery so it is no longer drivable but yet they still take my weekly payments out of my bank account every weekend and the owner Mario will not do anything about this I do not recommend anyone going to this place

Crooks and very sneaky.. the paperwork process was absolutely ridiculous and the reverse psychology these guys try to use on you not only did they see sucker walking in the forehead of my friend that had no credit for $8,000 car on the Kelley Blue Book but they were selling for 16 By the time with finance charges it comes out to $30,000 they try to act like they're doing you a favor they're like Savages the best advice I can give you do your research beforehand and call their Bluff the sweet talking nonsense I'm so embarrassed of the fact my friend fell for this $1,000 down not only that the pettiness was the worst they take $3 every single time you make a payment each week

Worse place ever! No only did we get the run around from the finance guy for days we also had to put a good size amount down and were told we would have monthly car payments( which was false) we bought the car drove it for two days and low and behold the drivers side door on the inside fell off, breaks were squealing, oil needed to be changed, trunk would not stay open, moon roof wouldn’t close half the time, oh and the best was the radio and blinkers would randomly stop working and when you pressed the breaks the radio would become nothing but static. Ok so we paid the large down payment ( as they knew we lost all in a hurricane) basically they saw us coming. Anyway paid a large amount and to be honest the car was only worth the down payment ! So we were told that ithe payments would be monthly which was great. We never received paperwork for the car stating the amount or the agreement for the car probably because they changed the price 2 times. Also paid for registration that should have been reimbursed because of disabled veteran status but wasn’t. So then they take the car less than a month and a half later and to the repossession company we were but a half down in the car and owed them the other half and never paid it! Again we had monthly payments went through their bank and everything to set up the monthly payments not to buy it out right! Then we call them to find out what was going on the lady in finance was horrible and told us they weren’t going to allow us to get any info or pay the payment to get the car back( illegal to do in Florida). Then they never reported the repossession to the DMV ! This place sucks and their cars suck. Manny of if I were you I’d find another job you are too good for that place. An the lady who works in finance find a babysitter so that you can concentrate on what your doing and not calling someone two days after they get the car to tell them they are late on their first payment . Lawyer will have a field day with this. Also engine light came on the day after! Horrible horrible place

Bought 2007 Ford edge financing was easy. Got it home. Started driving it. Torque converter is bad. I understand it was bought as is but now they want to charge me to diagnose the problem and charge me to replace the problem at cost they probably already knew that it needed. A transmission part won't work with me on putting me in anything else we will see how much they're going to charge me to fix a car that should have been already roadworthy

Place is just stealing peoples money my daughter and her husband just bought a car from them not even two weeks ago and transmission blew out of it and now only option they have for them is for her to pay them another 4000$ to replace transmission and that’s it all they do is rip people off place should be permanently closed with business practices like this

Alot of car issues asked for owner who apparently takes a vacation year round not happy really wish i wouldve never brought a vehicle here all i can see if anyone actually reads these stay away far far away. Ohh best part we can have our mechanics give you a price to fix literally just brought the vehicle. Maybe it should've been fixed before you sold it!!!!!! FACTS
