Crooks and very sneaky.

Crooks and very sneaky.. the paperwork process was absolutely ridiculous and the reverse psychology these guys try to use on you not only did they see sucker walking in the forehead of my friend that had no credit for $8,000 car on the Kelley Blue Book but they were selling for 16 By the time with finance charges it comes out to $30,000 they try to act like they're doing you a favor they're like Savages the best advice I can give you do your research beforehand and call their Bluff the sweet talking nonsense I'm so embarrassed of the fact my friend fell for this $1,000 down not only that the pettiness was the worst they take $3 every single time you make a payment each week

Worse place ever!

Worse place ever! No only did we get the run around from the finance guy for days we also had to put a good size amount down and were told we would have monthly car payments( which was false) we bought the car drove it for two days and low and behold the drivers side door on the inside fell off, breaks were squealing, oil needed to be changed, trunk would not stay open, moon roof wouldn’t close half the time, oh and the best was the radio and blinkers would randomly stop working and when you pressed the breaks the radio would become nothing but static. Ok so we paid the large down payment ( as they knew we lost all in a hurricane) basically they saw us coming. Anyway paid a large amount and to be honest the car was only worth the down payment ! So we were told that ithe payments would be monthly which was great. We never received paperwork for the car stating the amount or the agreement for the car probably because they changed the price 2 times. Also paid for registration that should have been reimbursed because of disabled veteran status but wasn’t. So then they take the car less than a month and a half later and to the repossession company we were but a half down in the car and owed them the other half and never paid it! Again we had monthly payments went through their bank and everything to set up the monthly payments not to buy it out right! Then we call them to find out what was going on the lady in finance was horrible and told us they weren’t going to allow us to get any info or pay the payment to get the car back( illegal to do in Florida). Then they never reported the repossession to the DMV ! This place sucks and their cars suck. Manny of if I were you I’d find another job you are too good for that place. An the lady who works in finance find a babysitter so that you can concentrate on what your doing and not calling someone two days after they get the car to tell them they are late on their first payment . Lawyer will have a field day with this. Also engine light came on the day after! Horrible horrible place

Bought 2007 Ford edge financing was easy.

Bought 2007 Ford edge financing was easy. Got it home. Started driving it. Torque converter is bad. I understand it was bought as is but now they want to charge me to diagnose the problem and charge me to replace the problem at cost they probably already knew that it needed. A transmission part won't work with me on putting me in anything else we will see how much they're going to charge me to fix a car that should have been already roadworthy

Place is just stealing peoples money my daughter and her

Place is just stealing peoples money my daughter and her husband just bought a car from them not even two weeks ago and transmission blew out of it and now only option they have for them is for her to pay them another 4000$ to replace transmission and that’s it all they do is rip people off place should be permanently closed with business practices like this

Ohh best part we can have our mechanics give you a price to fix literally just brought the vehicle. Maybe it should've been fixed before you sold it!!!!!! FACTS

Sneaky personnel

Tried charging me over 5000.00 more than the price noted on the internet. Crooked. STAY AWAY Very underhanded All vehicles high mileage with high prices.

Excellent experience

Branden was excellent easy and informative relaxing the process was very quick and easy friendly no hassling at all recommend to anyone look to purchase a vehicle. And a good inventory to choose from

buyer be ware

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE FINAL PAPER WORK FOR AGREED PRICE THAT THEY DONE JACK IT UP!!! set purchase price agreed to after filling out paper work the price jumped up by 500.00 which was never discussed. they claim it is finance charge added to price. pure BS car sold with no remotes for alarm which was not realized till sitting at gas station when the doors were locked the alarm set and started going off when unlocked with the key they said. oh yeah sorry just put the key in the ignition and start the car it shuts off the alarm. paperwork nightmare had to have my wife come back and sign again now after 30 days and no reg temp tag expired and come to find out they need us to come back again because they screwed up the title forms. not happy with their poor attitude and typical dealer car sold money in bank on to the next sucker

Don't recommend.

Sad when I spend 15k on a car and after 9 days of having the car it's over heat more time I can count on my hand shouldn't have to deal with this after spending 15k and I'm tired to contact to get the car into the shop and they tired to reset the car because the check engine light was on and everyone knows the 6 pop reset and I had it check before I brought it to them and it showed radiator themo sensor is bad and lossing antifreeze with in a day. Needless to say after spending 15k I disappointed should of expected more from a dealership this is something you would expect from a person to person sale
