Terrible! Go to Toyota of Poway

Terrible! No explanation ahead of time that they don’t have a shuttle service. A Lyft driver was called and picked me up. He was bitter and complained the entire drive that he would get paid $3 and no tip to drive me and that most drivers will cancel. I ended up tipping the driver $10. When trying to get back to the dealership multiple drivers cancelled. I felt like I was going to be stranded there, then felt guilty the whole way back after a driver finally picked me up. I had no more money to tip. I was in tears by the time I got back to the dealership. They Took 4 1/2 hours with an appointment to change my front brakes. I Explained everything to Christina Nelson (Service Director) who offered the worst customer service ever I was in tears and she sat there cold as a fish with her monotonous response being; we don’t offer a shuttle service and Lyft is a courtesy, like the dealership had done me a favor. I want the dealership to know that we will not service our cars at Toyota of Escondido thanks to Christina Nelson and their lousy policy of using Lyft instead of offering a shuttle

Excellent service .

Victoria assisted me with service for my vehicle . Not only did she keep me inform as to what services my vehicle needed , she also provided me with all the information I needed .

Really bad service will never buy a Toyota car

I took my toyoya car for service and they haven't being able to solve a the problem even still under warranty i wouldn't recommend buying a car from Toyota of escondido dealership.also the general manager was very rude

Today was not a good day

I was told last time by technician that my new car filter will be replace by no additional cost The new lady technician said is not such a think And I will be charge full price She tald me my car will be washed after service was done and the engine light was not reset. Today was very bad experience .first time in this dealership.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Have had all my regular maintenance done here. They get the work done and don't try to upsell you. Good experience.

Excellent customer service

I recently went to look at cars and came out with a brand new Corolla hatchback. Pedro Bernon helped me from beginning to end, was never pushy, very helpful, friendly and attentive. I’m very happy with my purchase. Great customer service.

Great experience

Went to my full year check up it was great from the start to the end even with dealing with corona virus friendly service, great with cleaning it up and I always have a compliment on my truck, and I just always love the experience there I love Toyota

VERY EXCELLENT SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

Top Shelf Car Maintenance

Escondido Toyota Service has no equal. They listen to the customer and deliver quality at a fair cost. My latest visit found two existing problems. One was resolved with a future appointment the other I chose to deal with, the Service Manager understood!
