Good appointment process and Andrew was a good advisor, however an appointment to keep my maintenance program valid that was supposed to take 90 minutes took over 3 hours Some rodent activity as found and it was going to cost over $650 to just clean out and diagnose any damage as well as replace the cabin filter. Since I declined it appears the dead rodent was not removed. When the car was delivered to the drive for pick up, the glove compartment was laying on the floor of the passenger side. They had not put it back since I did not replace the cabin air filter. Second disappointing experience with this service department since I purchased my vehicle from them- yes I am a customer who bought the Highlander from them

McKinley Steine was super nice and explained everything about the 10,000 mile service on my 2022 Tacoma. Took care of everything and made the visit a pleasure. When the truck was finished he made the paperwork easy and quick!
