March 4th 2024, l have received Excellent Customer Service with Chris Sullivan, and John suckling they both knows their description and performance of knowledge very well, with excellence and care. They both gave me the comfort of care, along with feeling important rolling out the red carpet. I was feeling pretty not so happy that day with my own concerns but after meeting them both for the care of my vehicle put me in a different mindset of happiness. which caused me to forget about my own problems that's what I call Great customer service they handled any of my concerns with great Hospitality of Toyota Escondido. To me they did an outstanding job performance and I give them 100 Stars along with asking you to provide them with a free lunch thank you Chris and John job well done. Blessing's Belinda Gladden

I went for parking brakes adjustment and now there is a noise coming from the wheels ,and when I call the dealer they didn't want me to take my car to check the noise fast they start giving me hard times last time I took my car to this dealership. Not a very honest place beware of this one.
