Bought a 2021 Accord

Not happy

I brought my 2016 Accord in for a warranty related repair. While there, I asked the service advisor to also inspect my brakes. He said that he would. When I picked up the car, the brake inspection was not done. My service advisor was out to lunch so I asked a different one. He told me the cost was $60. Now, dealers usually include a brake inspection as part of their routine check. I also told this advisor that. He told me brake inspections were not free. Well, why wasn't I informed by my advisor when I asked for it? To make a long story short, I was very disappointed with Poway Honda. TTheycclearly ddropped the ball on this one.

HRV Service in Poway Honda

I didn't know nor didn't receive a notification about a fuel pump recall in my car. When I called to make an appointment for maintenance thats how I found out there was a recall. Hope in the future I'll be notified vice knowing it at the time of making the service maintenance. However, I really appreciate the excellent service I received.

Service on Honda Odyssey

I was a bit annoyed when I was told about a couple of minor little things that needed to be done after my car was finished. Had I known during the service process, I would have authorized them. As it is, I will have to have them done next time I get the car serviced. If they had been slammed busy, I would understand. However, they weren't ultra busy.

Amazing Service

I've been getting my car serviced by Poway Honda since I moved to San Diego County 4 years ago- they have always provided top-tier service and attention. Most recently, I had a peculiar engine oil leak, and the team at Poway Honda was able to diagnose the issue, fix it, and explain what happened clearly and in a non-patronizing tone (super important for women!). I trust them to always get the job done, and they have taken such good care of me and my Civic that I will go to no one else.
