I want to extend a huge THANK YOU to Poway Honda.
I want to extend a huge THANK YOU to Poway Honda. My day program, Generations Day Care, which provides services to adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, received a grant to buy a new minivan. I showed up to Poway Honda, not knowing that minivans are in short supply these days. Vince, the salesperson, told me they only had three vans available on the lot. When I told Vince the amount of money we had available through the grant, he was kinda like, ???. We knew two of the vans were definitely out of our price range. The third van was also too expensive. Vince told me to hang tight while he talked to the Manager. He came back about 10 minutes later, with a sales invoice for the exact amount of money I had available through the grant. Not a penny more! This included taxes, title, etc. They marked the van down significantly to make the sale possible. The van is gorgeous and so necessary for our clients to be able to access our community. Vince got the van detailed (even though it was already pretty immaculate) and sent me off with a full tank of gas!! We are so grateful for Poway Honda's willingness to work within our budget and get us into this vehicle. Oh, the places we will go!

Poway Honda had a good supply of cars on hand and was very helpful in helping us identify the model that best met our needs. They helped us find the car that came closest to our desires. The staff was professional throughout, with no pressure applied or games played.

I had a very good experience buying my new Honda.
I had a very good experience buying my new Honda. However, when I went back the next week to have a feature added, the situation was quite different. I had been told the service would take about 60-90 minutes. It took four and a half hours even though I had an appointment. I was told that the reason was that they were very busy and backed up. I was also told that this is not uncommon. That is not satisfactory and I sincerely hope Honda will take steps to do much better in the future. On the plus side, the service person I dealt with was polite and did explain that there would be an extended delay when I arrived and the work itself was satisfactory.

First day car shopping and ended up buying a new car due to the great customer service from Vince and Gabe, and competitive price I received. The process was simple and they were able to get me a better interest rate than the local credit union. I would recommend this dealership for your Honda needs.
