Couldn't Be Happier!!

Could not be happier with how smooth the process of buying my Lexus RX 350 from Mr. Mark Malek and his dynamic staff! He assured me that he could fix the HUGE dent on the side of the car as well as fix the cracked leather from the seats. He surpassed my expectations and actually performed a magic trick! I can't even tell where the huge dent was and seats look brand new. They are very trustworthy and responsive. Mr. Malek goes above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. I don't know why there aren't more positive reviews. I will definitely be purchasing my next 2 cars from him (my son's and my boss lady car) I suggest that anyone reading and searching for excellent customer service and a very fair price, save yourself the hassle and just buy your car from Mark Malek. He treats you like family and will make sure you're happy with your purchase!

LEMONS AND LIES

Mark sold me a lemon for $9.5k that had no inspection and literally broke down 5 miles after leaving. He then charged me to tow it and repairs and then the xxx broke down again when I picked it back up. He is such a liar and all the vehicles are nasty and raggedy. Avoid this dump like a plague. He is very dishonest! I’m suing him! It’s illegal to even sale a car without inspection and emissions!

Wonderful service!!!!

Mitch is so helpful, all the staff is awesome went above and beyond. Thank you for making my daughter's first girl a wonderful experience, can not thank you all enough.

Great deal!

Mike was great! He opened early Sunday morning just for me even though I forgot to call and confirm my appointment. It was a no nonsense but friendly business transaction for the exact truck I needed right when I needed it. I'm recommending Mike to my friends and employees. I'll be back!

Mark was super-friendly and efficient and gave me a superb deal on a 2007 Chrysler 300 Limited edition. The day after the purchase, I took my car into a Jiffy Lube for full service, and the mechanics told me it was "in pretty good shape overall." Shukran ("Thanks"), Mark! :-)

Rude Employees

Went to test drive a car and the owner wouldn't get the car out of his crappy show room. When talking about pricing he was very rude to my wife about how financing works. Overall TERRIBLE experience dealing with these rude people.

We love how people only tell one side of the story...here is our side...customer hada 2012 Civic to trade...the car is worth $7000...they owe $13000...they want to trade it...that put Mr.customer at a negative $6000 equity...Mr.Customer does not want to put any money down and want to roll the negative equity on a $6999 car...and finance the $6999 of the new car...plus $1000 taxes,tags, and fees...plus his negative equity of $6000...that is $14000 totale...and when we said it can not be done...we are rude... You be the judge...

Worst experience

I went to look at a truck and found no customer parking. While parking near the store front, the dealer comes out starts yelling at me and BANGS ON THE HOOD OF MY CAR to move away from his store front! I didn’t even get out to look at the vehicle. The dealer is the rudest person I’ve met while buying a car.

Overpriced

Overpriced vehicles. They aren't willing to cut back on the prices. Some vehicles interior is horrible. They need to fix up most of their vehicles

Every story has to sides...here is our side of it... We respect everyone's opinion...bare in mind when you are working with a $2000 budget...do not look at $4000 cars, and expect us to reduce the price for you...we offer everyone at least 5 cars in their price range...every car is VA inspected and is offered with a 90 days warranty... If a car needs some TLC we will negotiate or fix it for you...

A little sketchy...

Tried to ask questions via email and received short vague answers that should have had more information. ie: Is the xxxx car still available and what is the condition of the motor? Response: yes. Can I take the xxx to my own local mechanic before I buy? Response: your mechanic can come look at it. I guess I just wanted more info like: no I’m sorry but you can not take the car but we have a lift and your mechanic can come inspect it. Just very rude and the more questions I asked, it seemed he got more irritated. I’m over 1hour away and wanted to know if it was worth my time to travel...his unprofessional responses made my answer No, it is not worth the effort.
