Rich gave excellent customer service from the time I...

Rich gave excellent customer service from the time I visited Lindsay Cadillac until I left with the CTS Coupe Sports vehicle. Rich has a calm, gentle, professional, and positive disposition. Rich knows his job quite WELL. He extended his services to me, explained the entire process, answered all questions, took his time and he did not rush me which was a real big PLUS in my book. Rich explained and showed me all detailed aspects of the vehicle.....he gave me EXCELLENT SERVICE and when I return I will not forget to look for Rich to say Hello as he called me to see how I was enjoying my new vehicle!!! Daniel, who was my financial represenative also gave me EXCELLLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.....explaining any and all doubts I might have had. Daniel is a real cool young man who gave me real down to earth facts about financial information. He has such a positive attitude about everything. If I plan to purchase another Cadillac....give me RICH and DANIEL!!!!!

Excellent dealship!! I have bought many Cadillac Escalades. My first came from lindsay and I am very please to say that my 2012 did as well. All the sales staff and business manager were excellent to work with on getting the sales process completed and in a very timely manner. As a loyal Cadillac owner I recommend Lindsay to everyone looking to buy a new car.

I went into Lindsay looking for the new 2012 SRX, but...

I went into Lindsay looking for the new 2012 SRX, but came out with the new 2012 CTS Coupe and I am very excited with my choice. I like both vehices but the new CTS coupe is very nice looking. My sales rep was very helpful, by being able to get me exactly what I wanted, meaning the color outside and in, and of course he went the extra mile and got me even more than i asked for.

I visited Lindsay Cadillac to order a new 2012 CTS-V. I...

I visited Lindsay Cadillac to order a new 2012 CTS-V. I made an appointment with Teddy on a Saturday and visited the dealership to test drive a couple of the Vs they had in stock. I decided I needed something they didnt have and Teddy was super easy to work with on the order. No stress, no worry, just "what would you like and I'll get it for you!" He said it would be 8 weeks, it was really about 5-6! Teddy kept me updated throughout the entire process and when my new ride was delivered to Lindsay, I was informed of it's progress throughout their entire dealer prep process. When it was time to pick up the car, everything was done just right. Easy process through finance and the guys met my demands when it came to getting it done quick. I had a lot of work and an few meetings and Teddy and Dan (the finance magician) made the deal go down quick and painless. I am very satisfied with my new V...and of course, it's a V, so what is there to NOT be satisfied about!!

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle with the Lindsay Automotive Group. I again had a wonderful buying experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was greeted at the front door when I first arrived by my Salesman, Vern Davenport. He took excellent care of me throughout the transaction. From start to finish, Mr. Davenport was right beside me. Everything I asked for was handled with compassion and professionalism. I would recommend Lindsay Cadillac and Vern Davenport to anyone looking to have a great buying experience. Waste of Time...

Was interesed in a vehicle at dealership. Came in for a test drive. Via email with salesperson made appointment to come in the following saturday as I was interested in the vehicle. I had a concern about the bumper and I was told it would be painted prior to my return. I Called before I left the house to confirm the vehicle was there and bumper was painted. I was told by the salesperson bumper had been painted and car was there. When I arrived the vehicle was not there, it was being used by the manager (did not know when to expect it), the bumper had not been painted and the price went up $1,000. What a waste of time!

Loved buying my car hated the service

When bought my car at Lindsay it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Danny was very helping and was straight with me. Negotiations had no BS I paid what I felt was fair for my xxx. The last three times I have taken my car in have been a pain. First they charge me to remove some change that had fallen behind the ash tray. When they returned my car to me the ash tray was broken. I took it back to get my tired changed, alignment and a oil change. They should have changed the ash tray that day That was the deal. I just took it back because the tires are making a weird noise and they did not fix my ash tray the day I got my tires changed. Now they made me pay for my own rental. I don't know why. My ash tray was not broken, they did that. My tires did not make that loud weird noise, they caused that but I have to pay for a rental car. Not happy. I am waiting for the XLS to be released and I don't think I am going to buy it at Lindsay.
