Update engine blew up, less than 100 mile driven now! Run to the hills just Turn around now! I am the owner and buyer! Self respecting honest Auto sales dealership would not do this! This was an internet sale Please take the time to read, lot of information. I am extremely disappointed in their tactic to hide the fact when it is better to be honest about what they know! The entire purchase process took 4 day's through the mail after I first called them, another week to have it delivered. They try to cover up all the bad stuff and do not tell the whole story just part of it, Mr. Kelly made it sound great! Took truck to my mechanic same day as I received it.The mechanic told me this truck was obviously beat and not taken care of even as a 1 owner truck. The truck has a under coating spray that is being used to easily hide the oil leaks, the spray is on everything including exhaust.. I spoke only 2 times to Mr. Kelly before deciding to buy and asked about, with no mention of the following problems: engine major miss, front and rear seals leaks,(Kelly: no leaks solid engine Mr. Kelly even said he put it on his code reader machine). Ignition switch and shifter linkage need replaced, door drops when open, door handle in back does not work, Center consul broken, Radio does not work(Kelly: interior and everything is in great shape he could have sold several times). The entire front suspension parts need replaced sprayed with under coating, bed cab rail bent, dented side panel, front door panel is broken, steering wheel is 25% off straight when driving with the alignment way off, Transmission needs replaced (Kelly: the truck is in great shape no mechanical issues that he could find) Brake lines leak, rotors warped (Kelly: I replaced ABS and brake pads with the brake lines coated). This is just some things they had to know about and refused to mention even after asking, I asked for more pictures they could not provide!! What Mr Kelly told me and what is true are two separate stories all together. Mr. Kelly, seriously sounded very sincere about it. I highly recommend using a mobile inspector if you don't know vehicles or live out of town.

I bought a 1995 Corvette from them, it looked nice and seemed to run ok. Not long afterwards it had some serious electrical problems, took months at the Chevy dealer and $2500 to fix it. Long story short the deeper they got in there the more and more evidence they found that this thing had at one point been submerged at least up to the dashboard in water. Likely fresh water since there was no salt damage, but still. Anyway after all the work it was great but if you are buying a car here expect to put substantial work into it shortly after buying it.

I did not visit Kelly and Kelly in person due to prior reviews and then only having one star. I did contact them in reference to Volkswagen Passat that I was told was negotiable for cash money. I called first and the guy I spoke with asked what I was offering and said he’s not going to take that. Well it wasn’t negotiable then was it. Also another reason I choose to go somewhere else.

I DONT recommend this car lot at all, cars are bad, and the owners are liars. I have a story to tell but it's too much to type so long story short don't shop here take your hard-earned money elsewhere.

These people are not good people are sales people take your money else were!!!They are frauds!!!!!!!!!They are not friendly at all!!!Alll they do is lie about the things that need to be ✅!!!They give you the run around about everything.Lies Lies is all they tell!!They don’t care about their customers at alll.

They never even replied to my requests, I sent multiple messages to no avail. I’ll try someplace else

Bought a vehicle they said it was a great vehicle they put a hard one in me it's gonna cost 2000$ to fix the vehicle it was a bust would not recommend anyone to go here unless your a mechanic and can rebuild engines

I purchased a car for my nephew on Dec. 11. 2021 I actually paid cash for a 2003 Infiniti. The car started smoking 4 days later. My nephew took it back and was told by Walter, the sales person that the car probably needed a tune up. To make a terrible story shorter, the car cut off on my nephew in the middle of the highway. Had the car towed back to the shop since we were told to do so. The car stayed at the car lot over two weeks and still not fixed. My nephew went to check on when the car would be fixed and he was told the problem was his and to get his car off the lot. The owner had to have know that the engine was bad, but he didn't mind taking our money. He lied and said my nephew didn't get a warranty, but a warranty was never offered. It is sad that this can happen. I have purchased used cars before, but in Maryland. I didn't know that I was buying from such a dishonest business. I have told everyone to look the other way and to NEVER stop at Kelly and Kelly for anything. We should have bought from the other Kelly & Kelly. If you are reading this, do yourself a favor and do NOT go there. It is waste of time and hard earned money! I could not give 0 stars , so I gave 1, but really, none were earned.

Jeremy and Ronnie in sales are prompt and attentive, as were the rest of the staff. They were all courteous, polite, and helpful! Entire buying process was quick and easy!

Awful place to go. Awful service. People were super rude. Took forever with everything. Didn’t help me at all and were super bossy. I will never go back to this establishment!!!!! E V E R !
