I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Cars are no good. Bad customer service . Ronnie thinks he knows everything. If you decide to stop there... you better run for your life’s. Never bought a car fromsomemeone who didn’t try to satisfy their customer .Take from me never never go there and wanted a good carbuy a car. Wa guy out of business. Taking people’sweew money and selling people cars that are no good.want
So I acquired about a car an when I called the company they were more than helpful with giving me directions an a number to another one of there lots to... find the car I wanted, and apon arrival I was treated with good customer service an the dealers new a lot of the Carfax on the vehicles i asked about.
The dealer hasn't let me know much!! But i was out of town also!!
Drove up from Myrtle beach , traded in my car and got a honest our not better trade in Vaule . Bought a hummer that was in perfect shape. The whole process... was quick and easy . Will definitely recommend this dealership to all
I've now been in this dealer twice and on both occasions I felt as if I were an inconvenience to everyone at the place. I had to chase down a salesman... and only got someone to work with me the first time after two others said they were busy. On the second visit, I was fortunate enough to find a salesman right away, but he seemed much more interested in whatever was on his phone than in what I was trying to discuss about the cars. The first time I left without even test driving the car. The second time, I drove the car -- liked it enough to make an offer -- and ended up sitting in their waiting area while people came in and out without even acknowledging us. It took 15 minutes for the salesman to arrange for an offer, which had to be delivered to a fellow sitting at a desk about 10 feet away from us. I ended up not buying the car when price negotiations stalled. Actually, it took almost 45 minutes -- after my first offer was submitted -- to even get a response and a new offer made. After the 2nd offer was rejected I elected to forego the pleasure of sitting around and waiting on them to walk the offer back and forth across the room. One of the interesting things I noticed is that they seem to do a lot "tote the note" type of business. They were clearly selling cars over market value and carrying the note with 25% or more as down payment. They offered me something like that while we were still about $2k apart on the price. I never discussed finance with them, never asked for it, and in fact was a cash buyer (I had not told them that). So I can only assume they thought that if they could hook me up with their in-house finance offer then I'd pay the higher price. Obviously, this company does enough business to still be around, so my experience may be an exception and not the rule. I did like the overall facility, it was decorated in a car motif with pictures of nice cars, etc., and the number of cars on the lot was pretty high. I'm going to check that I would recommend this dealer to a friend, but I would also advise my friend of my experience. Armed with this knowledge he/she may be better prepared for the process this dealer uses. In the end, it is about whether they had the car you want, did they have a price you can live with, and did you get a chance to buy it with the least amount of games.
Going to any used car lot can be nerve-wracking, especially a buy here/pay here lot. We were not buy here/pay here customers, but rather had our own financing... in place already. We had looked long and hard for a vehicle, and my fiance is pretty discriminating about his truck. We drove 2 + hours to look at this particular truck as well as one other they had there. Jose, the salesperson, represented the vehicle fairly, and when we raised a few questions about a mechanical thing, he went with us right to their mechanic down the street to get it looked at. The mechanic is a private shop, but does a lot of work for Kelly/Kelly. We pointed out the things we had noticed, and he spent 20 minutes going over the truck and figuring out what it would need. Armed with that information, we went back to the dealership, laid it all out, and asked Mr. Kelly for his best number on the truck. He was very forthright with his info, and when we asked to drive the truck a little more to talk it over, they put $50 worth of gas in it, put a dealer plate on it, and off we went. When we called our bank, we discovered how very fair Mr. Kelly's best number was, and we bought the truck from him. We were a bit apprehensive about a 100 mile drive home in a freshly purchased truck, but we had no surprises and are totally happy with the truck. We also have a friend who works on the other side of buy here/pay here lots, and we called him to see if he had heard of Kelly/Kelly, and got back the news that within the Fayetteville region, they were decent people in the used car industry.
Wish I would have waited. Customer service was pretty good the very first day, after that, terrible & disrespectful! I purchased a vehicle a very short... time ago, and I wish I hadn't! Buyers BEWARE!!!
I have purchased two used cars from Kelly and Kelly Auto Sales Supermarket of Cars within a 2 year period. One for a teenager and one for myself. Both... experiences were excellent. The cars were well inspected and necessary repairs were made prior to being sold. The cars have been dependable. The office staff was helpful and professional. They were good to my kids as well. It was like being with family.
Pulled into their lot meet the owner Ronnie, told him I was looking for a truck that I could take to the farm for hunting. Said I did not want to spend... a fortune, He said he had the perfect truck for me showed me a ford ranger 4x4 in great shape for the year. Said it had a rebuilt transmission, everything worked. Took it for a test drive. It was exactly what I was looking for. He did not try to up sale me, told me that when I drove the car off the lot it was mine, however the transmission had a small warranty. We close the sale in about 45 minutes, as I was getting ready to leave I did notice the passenger window did not work. I mentioned it to Mr. Kelly, not thinking he would fix it since the truck was not new, and I felt I got a good deal, but he said that it was working when he checked it the day before so he would have it fixed. Great folks, and honest people. Would recommended them to anyone.
Awful customer service after purchasing a vehicle from this lot! Extremely rude!
