Excellent quality service and friendly staff

I have taken my VW Touareg to this location since they opened for all routine maintenance and problems. Tammy is always extremely friendly and helpful in explaining the problem and my options. She really makes me feel like she cares about me as a customer. All the repairs that I have have done on my Touareg have been right the first time, which is really important to me! I will continue to choose Beechmont VW because I trust that Tammy (and Matt) will provide the best diagnostics and expert service advice for me and my Touareg.

2014 Jetta Autobahn

I was in the market for a new Jetta Autobahn and was unable to come to an agreement with my local VW dealer in Huntington WV. During my visit to my local dealer(where I had already purchased 2 Jettas in the past) I never got a second payment pass or so much as a folIow-up call. I started looking online and found a similar Jetta Autobahn (actually more equipment and $1000 more expensive). BEECHMONT VW was able to meet my lease payment requirements with no problem or hesitation. I really appreciate the fact that Tim Sizemore and the BEECHMONT VW sales team was willing to work with me via email and over the phone to get the details worked out. Definitely worth a 2hr and 45 min drive. GREAT experience and I will definitely return in 3 yrs for hopefully another similar experience. Best customer service I have ever received

Tammy Hartman is an outstanding employee. She made making my appointment so easy by being very flexible. She is so friendly over the telephone and even friendlier when you meet her in person. I liked that she said my name when talking to me, it made me feel that she really does care and welcomed. I look forward to the next time I am bringing my car in. Best Service Ever!

I always feel my 16-year-old Volkswagen is in good hands when I take it to the Beechmont service center. Tammy, Matt, and all the service people go to great lengths to make sure I know about my car and its care. If something is due to wear out, I'm informed and can plan for service ahead of time. They are honest about it, and that's very important to me! If something major needs repair, they go to bat with my insurance company to get the best pricing. I've never had to take the car back to have it re-serviced for something they should have done. When it's fixed, it's fixed!

I drive across town for these guys!

Beechmont Volkswagen used to be Colerain Volkswagen--and was about 40 miles closer to my home! Still, I drive across town past two other VW dealers because these folks have always taken care of me. Tammy Hartman always makes sure that I know what is going on with my car, how long service will take, and how much it will cost. If she can, she will give me a loaner car; if not, she coordinates with Enterprise for me.

20K service

The service work was excellent. Tammy Hartman the Assistant Service Manager was very helpful. She ask if there was anything I might need and explained the service in detail. Tammy is very friendly, and I strongly recommend this dealership.

first time Volkswagen owner

I was looking for a car that got good gas mileage for a fair price. A friend of mine has always driven Volkswagens and I found on online that had low miles and was a reasonable price. When we got to Beechmont Volkswagen, the car that I had seen on the internet was already gone. Tim found us another on the lot with just a couple thousand more miles for around that same the price. Once I test drove it, I was in love. It was the care for me. Tim did all that he could for us to make sure that we walked away with that car and my payments are the same as what I was paying with my old SUV. I was very happy and will probably head back to Beechmont Volkswagen when it comes time to trade up again. Thanks Tim for all your help!
