DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIR AND DO NOT BUY A CHRYSLER
DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIR AND DO NOT BUY A CHRYSLER PACIFICA HYBRID. Our 2022 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid went in for repair after the engine shut down on the freeway and my husband and two boys had to coast across multiple lanes of traffic to safety. It was diagnosed to have a failed transmission and went under warranty repair on January 4, 2025. At that time we were estimated about 3 weeks to repair. Next we heard an estimate of at least another month! After that, they said another 10 days. It is March 19, over 2.5 MONTHS LATER, and we still do not have our car back! Getting a loaner was impossible as Chrysler and the dealership said they don’t ‘do that’ anymore, so I paid over $1,000 out of pocket for a 30 day rental and am STILL waiting to be reimbursed over a week later (not to mention I am still making car payments, insurance payments, and registration payments on a vehicle I haven’t been able to use in 2.5 months). The repair shop, specifically Fonzie, has been terrible at communicating. We’ve had no updates, including each time they miss an estimated completion date. My husband and I have had to call over and over and leave multiple messages to get any information about our car. We still don’t know when we will get it back and we are extremely frustrated. This is not the level of customer service we expect for anyone, and especially for something that has a significant impact on our day to day lives. This whole experience has been a nightmare, and I do not recommend this car or dealership to anyone!!

I am DISGUSTED with this dealership.
I am DISGUSTED with this dealership. I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited at this location in 2013 (2014 model).... and well, my Jeep was totaled by a service guy at this location in 2024 while being serviced. I brought my Jeep to this location at the end of March 2024... they had my Jeep for OVER 52 days to replace the cam shaft sensor and tire sensor. Unacceptable in my opinion. Then I had it back for a few days and my check engine light came back on. Took it back to them, they turned it off. A few days later, it turned back on again. The day after I took it back to them, a service tech was driving it and was in an accident on 6/5/24. It is now July 29th and I still do not have anything settled with this dealership. I have made numerous calls to the General Manager, Mike Frantz, and he will not call me back. I have yet to speak to him since my car was totaled in their care. Sorry, but he deserves to have his Customer Service card revoked. xxx. I was immediately handed over to someone that said he was the "Risk Manager" for KM CDJR. After further research into the guy, he is their attorney and does NOT work for KM CDJR. I am being treated like I did something wrong. I even reached out to Sunroad directly and tried to speak with Taso Theodorou the President and Rob Ginis the COO who apparently oversees that dealership and they too refuse to speak with me. THIS ENTIRE SITUATION WAS HANDLED SOOOOOOOOO WRONG BY THE DEALERSHIP!!!!! I understand accidents happen, but they are making this entire thing a living nightmare for me. The dealership needs to step up and get this taken care of for me!! I have been a Jeep girl my entire life and well, the way I have been treated from the dealership alone is making me never want to purchase another Jeep. If this was handled differently, they could have had me as a customer again.... but that ship has long sailed away. Mike Frantz, Taso Theodorou and Rob Ginis should make this situation right for me.... because I did NOTHING wrong except for trust them enough to do repairs on the Jeep I bought from them in 2013. I had a LIFETIME warranty on my Jeep through Mopar. Those warranties are liquid gold. Unicorns. I'm being royally screwed about that as well. Apparently it has no value (eye roll). Right. Right.... I'm sure they were happy my warranty died with my Jeep. I only had to pay $100 for almost any repair... for a lifetime. Hence why I had no intention on getting rid of my Jeep anytime soon. One more thing... the service tech driving my Jeep when it was hit said he was leaving his home... I brought this up to the "Risk Manager" and he stated the guy was on the clock and he was not leaving his home. HOWEVER, I was just at the dealership again and the story was re-told to me. HE WAS LEAVING HIS HOME!! ... I have no ill feelings towards the guy who was in the accident. Again, accidents happen. Why is the "Risk Manager" lying to me about where my Jeep was hit?... was it because my Jeep was not supposed to be driven home by an employee? Was it because he truly was not on the "clock" as stated? Again... xxx. I have been more than patient and it's 7/29/24 and this is still not settled. Do Better. It's now been 123 days since I first dropped my Jeep off. Who here can say that is acceptable? Who here can say they can live 123 days without their vehicle... with a fulltime job and family?

Purchased 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 with multipoint inspection. One month into ownership gears started slipping, Due to service dept delays - had to rent a car for 5 days at my cost, due to delays (my cost without lost of work $525). Diagnosis, just needed transmission fluid. 5mo's later whining noise - taken to service dept, diagnosis wheel bearing replacement (they were surprised my gears weren't slipping), radiator replacement, water pump replacement, heater hose's replacement, pinion seal replacement, rear shock's replacement, tire balancing, alignment, brake flush... $6,200. -this has become enough of an issue that I will involve an attorney at this point.
