Worst ever!!

WORST first got a call and email from so called internet manager in his title and then get there and he is NOT a manager worst ever bait and switch.. told 5 different numbers for a truck and each time the price changed. Called for a manager and no one returns the call. Guess this dealership doesn’t care about selling a car.. going elsewhere!!! Watch out!!

Made a reservation to see the Pacifica Hybrid, with several email and phone communications with Anali. I tried to change the appointment time, but never got a response. So I showed up at the arranged time, and she wasn't there. Not working that day, in fact. Sat for a while in a worn-out waiting area with my family, while they looked around for the car to test drive. Clearly, they are not keen to impress. Made we worry that if a sale didn't motivate them, then I shudder to think about their quality of service. Alexis came and was great, very helpful in attitude and did the test drive with us. Ultimately, we want a car that's reliable, and service that is even more so. This dealership definitely didn't give me much assurance on the commitment to excellence.

Avoid!

I was pre-approved for financing and had my approval in hand. The floor manager wouldn't give me any information on pricing for a car without running my credit. He offered me a terrible rate- way worse than I had been approved for. He refused to acknowledge or accept my pre-approved financing. He also told me that his 7.8% rate was the best that I could do because of my bad credit. "Maybe come back next year when you have good credit"...... What? I had a 796 credit score.. Also, when we sat down to discuss the pricing of the vehicle, he added $3k to the price for "options it had"..... again.. what? Why would the price go up? I ended up using my bank financing and I bought a car from another dealership. It seemed like the manager thought, since I'm a woman, that I was stupid enough to fall for his lies. I was only stupid for walking into Rancho Chrysler jeep dodge.

Horrible place to buy a car. Lazy

Lazy, deceiving people. Will tell you what you want to hear to get the car sold. I was duped because I've had good experiences in the past with other dealerships but this one brings the skeeziness back to the car sales world. The vehicle I bought is nice but this dealership is not. Take it somewhere else folks.

I am not sure why you feel "duped" or that we were "skeezy." We, in no way, intended to mislead you or act in an unprofessional manner. I visited the service center as a walk in. It was very busy.I waited only a few minutes before I was greeted by Mario Curiel who immediately provided excellent customer service. He made sure that my concern s were addressed Great job Mario!
