Mark Anthony Makes Buying A New Car Painless Mark is full of patience and never pressured me to make a purchase. I knew what I wanted and Mark made sure I got exactly that. When my car of choice arrived from the factory, we took it for a test drive, he paired my phone and carefully reviewed all the features. Knowing I might forget so much information, (there's a lot of new features to learn) he even showed me which manuals covered the information for whenever I want to review any of the details. It didn't end there. Mark provided his contact information so I can ask any new or followup questions as I get used to my new Camry. The vehicle was immaculate, and he introduced me around to other staff members that can help with things like service and maintenance. I have a folder with all the details of the sale and everyone's contact information, what they do, and how they can help me. I looked at other dealerships all around the county and Mark was the friendliest, most professional, and knowledgeable of them all. He never made me feel rushed, I always had his full attention, like I was his one and only customer. I really appreciate that kind of individual attention. This is my first Toyota, it won't be my last.
