Very pleased with my purchase experience at USA Car Expo. Cesar and AJ made the purchase painless and the communication was great! Would recommend anyone in the market to check this Team out.

Cesar is the salesman that called me, and to summarize it: they would only accept at 10K down payment on at car that’s 27K. To be honest I was flabbergasted, and he was serious. He told me that they do not accept anything lower for their cars/trucks. I then asked if they would only accept 10K, then I’m assuming y’all’s interest is through the roof, and he said yes. I was wondering why his name popped up so much in the reviews. They’re the epitome of why buying a used car is just as tedious as buying a new one. No wonder their reviews are all over the place. This “stealership” sells cars with a huge down payment on top of high interest rate. In other words, if you’re a regular Joe then avoid this place!

Had a great experience dealing with the salesman and with the GM, I arrived and they were waiting for me per our prior discussion and everything went well, my car is beautiful and I drove back home back to Austin and now I’m just going to enjoy my car!

Totally misrepresented the Lexus LS 430 I was interested within. They doctor up pictures and do not tell the truth. If I had not called for an inspection I might have gotten a car with unmatched tires that needed an alignment and a broken right outside mirror and a a front and rear bumper repainted and other issues including erasing the codes! Do not buy from them.

Robert was super helpful answering my questions and keeping me updated on the process once I decided on the car. He also helped arrange the shipping to Austin. Car is as advertised and then some, very happy with the service and highly recommend.
