The guys at Salem Auto Sports were great!

The guys at Salem Auto Sports were great! We were looking for a budget vehicle and expected a less than perfect truck. Salem put us in a 2007 Tundra with slight cosmetic issues but the truck was mechanically sound. The sale was easy and fast. A similar vehicle was priced $5000 higher. We are very satisfied with the service and the vehicle we bought.

The guys at Salem Auto Sports were great! We were looking for a budget vehicle and expected a less than perfect truck. I would give this place less then 1 star

I bought a 2000 GMC Jimmy test drove it and everything seemed fine with it. Until about a month later when I tried to get it to pass emissions. The O2 sensors were bad the computer was throwing weird codes the fuel sending unit in the tank was bad. Then it blew a head gasket turns out they put some Barrs head gasket sealer in there just so they could pass it off to some one else. It turned into a money pit that I first bought for $4700 then its gonna cost me probably $3000 more to fix the head gasket well I dont have that since I just got done dealing with cancer. So hope you sleep well at night knowing you really screwed someone over

Exceptional experience!

My wife & I found this small dealership, and from our first phone call to shaking hands on a truly fair deal, we had a fantastic experience. This father and son operation exudes authenticity. Zero pressure, 100% honesty, just a joy to work with. I would refer anyone to this dealership. The prices are exceptional, and the inventory is varied enough that just about anyone could find a vehicle to fit their needs. They’re older, higher mileage cars ours was a Carmax trade in that they would not retail due to its age (2007). There were a couple issues with the car, but Brandon immediately acknowledged them and we worked out a deal to have these areas addressed. We had a friendly conversation with Brandon and his dad after the deal was worked out. We felt like they received a fair price for their vehicle, and so did we. You should take the time to visit this dealership if you find a vehicle in their inventory that suits your needs. Great people, excellent prices, and unquestionable ethics.

They Baited Me and Cost me $500

I am around 6-7 hours away so I contacted the dealership and had the salesmen go through a check list for me for a vehicle to check specific items for me since I couldn’t just take a drive over and look. All items on my list were “checked” and were said to be good with no problems. I booked a $300 one way flight to look/purchase the vehicle. I arrived and went through the check list for myself and thank goodness I did. Absolutely NONE of the items on my list worked/operated as the salesman said it did after he “Checked” it out! I also found even more wrong no noted in the listing. They baited me there and like a dummy I trusted their word. So how I have to book a flight back for another $200. They’re excuse was that “it must of been a fuse blown and that’s why all it stopped working, plus it’s an older vehicle.” So my advice is, if you want to save some stress and frustration STAY AWAY!
