This guy sold a used truck to my son. I asked him if it was original miles on the truck. He said yes. I get it as is . But on the way home truck said half of tank gas . Well we ran out . I wish I would have drove it before my son bought it. I for sure would have talked him out of it. So we finally got it home and I drove it is a 13000 piece of junk. The brakes were shot the bearings and rear main seal. Lights don’t work list goes on. Truck was unsafe to be on the road. I called the dealer explained to him all was wrong and see if he just split the engine repair. I get it was a buy as is but he had it a week. He is a young kid looking for an old truck was thinking he was getting it from a trust worthy dealer. I was willing to pay for the other repair just ask to split the motor cost. For sure didn’t have the miles it said was on the truck. Dealer said he can’t help me it was buy as is . What a joke I will stay clear of buying anything from this guy.

Drove 3.5 hrs for a truck that supposedly was running driving ready to go other than the interior needed touching up. Wanted $9,995. Get there and truck struggles to get out of there parking lot and anytime you give it more than 50% throttle wants to stall. Underside was nice except for the blown muffler that was rubbing against the drive shaft that they never said anything about even though it "happened just this morning" idk, maybe send me a message or something then? Instead wasted $100 in gas and 7 hrs of my time for a clapped out beater. I wouldn't pay $3k for it. Got about 80 vehicles parked in a 20 car parking lot, he doesn't even know what he has in there. Very disappointing, 0/10, place is very unorganized, would not recommend to anyone.

So rude I found another dealer in Michigan who got me in a car without treating me like a nuisance. I'm sure everyone you deal with has perfect credit and a billion dollars. Some of us work, serving our country and doing the best we can. I just bought a new home (even with a bankruptcy), and have a credit score above 700 so I guess you might haven taken the time to find out a little about me before being so dismissive.

Car was just what I was looking for. They were knowledgeable and helpful. We came to an agreement for the car and the transaction went quickly. I like the small atmosphere- they allowed me to make a decision in my own time and didn’t pressure me or give me that “sleezy used car salesman feeling”. Small operation- easiest way to get ahold of them is to pick up the phone and call.

The guys at Salem Auto Sports were great! We were looking for a budget vehicle and expected a less than perfect truck. Salem put us in a 2007 Tundra with slight cosmetic issues but the truck was mechanically sound. The sale was easy and fast. A similar vehicle was priced $5000 higher. We are very satisfied with the service and the vehicle we bought.

Nice people to deal with and true to their word.Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.

I bought a 2000 GMC Jimmy test drove it and everything seemed fine with it. Until about a month later when I tried to get it to pass emissions. The O2 sensors were bad the computer was throwing weird codes the fuel sending unit in the tank was bad. Then it blew a head gasket turns out they put some Barrs head gasket sealer in there just so they could pass it off to some one else. It turned into a money pit that I first bought for $4700 then its gonna cost me probably $3000 more to fix the head gasket well I dont have that since I just got done dealing with cancer. So hope you sleep well at night knowing you really screwed someone over

I am a contractor that was searching for a later 90's Ford 350. I had certain features / customizations I searched for that I found in a truck offered from this dealership. Upon entering the dealership website for this vehicle. I found that everything describing their truck was different than the truck I was intending to pursue. I feel mislead that this truck was presented with false specifications to cars.com. I will look elsewhere. Thank you everyone for reading my review.
