Go see Sailor Wooten at Hyundai of Anderson-ZERO pressure from an AMAZING group! I have never been to a new car dealership like this in my life. Not one time did I experience any pressure to purchase anything, no one took my keys as ransom, there were no multiple “best offers” or any other typical sales tactics. The only problem or delay was ME trying to decide which vehicle to purchase! Words cannot describe the environment and attitude of all employees. You need to have the “in person experience” to truly understand. Sailor Wooten and Kailey Romcy are over the top. Both ladies continuously showed respect, were professional and helpful, listened, and made sure every single question was answered. Kailey even went to extreme levels to make sure every single detail was addressed properly. This dealership is a gamechanger and is one for all dealerships to follow.

Charles Owens the sales manager tried pressuring me to buying a car when I wasn't in the best state financially. I just wanted to test drive a couple of cars and get a feel for them. He made me feel really uncomfortable. The salesman was great and I enjoyed talking with him. But I won't be continuing my business with Hyundai of Anderson, because they don't care about their customers.

We dropped our car off on Saturday with a flashing Engine
We dropped our car off on Saturday with a flashing Engine Light and applying gas caused the car to start slowing down. I also had 106,200 miles and only 470 miles left for and oil and filter change. Brandon called me in the morning to find out what the main issue was. I also asked him to also change the oil and filter plus we discussed what is suggested with my mileage over 100,000 miles and I decided to have him do those as well. He was the only Service person onsite that day and finished our car be the end of the day. He explained everything that was done and we’re very grateful for his work and the car is great. We thanked him and wanted to express our appreciation. We hope everyone at work sees how well he did and also thanks him..

My wife and I had been on the hunt for a new used vehicle
My wife and I had been on the hunt for a new used vehicle and came across a HOA listing via Car Edge search. HOA had exactly what we were looking for and were competitively priced. Even though we were out of state in NC, they were willing to deliver the car to our home at no extra cost! It made it a no brainer to pursue the Caligraphy Palisade they had for sale in excellent shape, checking all of the boxes we were looking for including the CPO to maintain Hyundai's warranty. They took the experience to another level with their customer service. They were willing to FaceTime us and give us a virtual tour of the car while answering all of our questions. This gave us the piece of mind we needed to make our decision. They were not the typical pushy dealership and everything was straightforward. After agreeing on the price they had the car delivered to us the same day. The excellent service continued with the gentlemen that delivered the vehicle. They brought the necessary paperwork with them and we signed the remaining docs in no time. They also allowed us to test drive it and do all of our last minute checks before signing. The entire process was seamless and the car was everything we had hoped for. I highly recommend this dealership and appreciated working with Kailey and Sudie, who were highly professional and answered all of our questions.
