Ripped off!!!

They will rip you off! Not trustworthy. Please check somewhere else if you need any service before taking your car to Infiniti of Apex. I would recommend Autozone or some other place for parts.

Inattention of service drpt

Brought in qx80 for issues. While they did not find the cause, they left the back console disattached, they left some of their equipment in the car, left the carpeting pulled up, I guess where they did some trouble shooting. I didn’t notice any of this until I turned the corner out of the parking lot and there were crashing noises. I immediately came back to service, opened up the back doors and the trunk and found their mess. They did absolutely no final look-see before giving me my vehicle back.

Infiniti Apex service department

I drive a lot for my job (800+ miles a week). So my car needs regular maintenance almost every other month. I appreciate the staff in the service dept, and also the mechanics in the back, working to keep my Q50 running with really no major issues.

Service Department :)

I'm actually a little closer to Infiniti of Raleigh. But I take my car to Infiniti Apex for routine service, because I appreciate all the hard work from the guys/ladies there. No disrespect to Infiniti/Raleigh, of course.
