Infiniti - Cary review

I first want to say that Infinity - Cary is excellent in all ways. My only disappointment to date came recently. Keep in mind I have purchased a fully loaded Q60 and fully loaded Q50S red all within 30 months. My wife went in to the dealership because she did not have an owner's manual for the Q60. She was told she would have to pay $29 for a manual or go on-line. Really now! This seemed a little bit over the top in my estimation. She paid the price.

Tire blowout

Was driving down to Florida passing through North Carolina when I had a blowout on 95. Called Infiniti in Cary Morgan was,awesome did not have my tire but called Apex and they had it. Went there and they were wonderful. Especially Mike and Ryang who got me right in checked over the car and had me on my way.

Hands down best experience

Top notch facility. Top notch customer service by front receptionist, Tristen the sales associate that handled my lease, and the general manager Kolter. Very good guys and was treated with respect especially since I knew some stuff about leasing more than the average lessee. Took 2 hours, but well worth the wait for what I got! Thanks for the great experience... Build a dealership in Wilmington! :) I'd suggest this dealer to anyone wanting a new or used Infiniti.

best car buying experience

I had he pleasure of working with Marcus McRae on the purchase of a QX70. He was a very well spoken young man and his customer service was top notch. Also had the manager stop in and made me feel at home! Yuri Mirzoyan was very accommodating.

Awesome Customer service !

My dealer was Justin Martin. He made the long car buying process painless and enjoyable! He has a lot of car knowledge and will make sure that you know how to use the features and if he doesn't he will find out for you. Also, he is very funny which makes the buying process a lot more enjoyable. I was either looking for a new or used car and I ended up getting a awesome deal on a new car! They are fantastic and will do what they can to help you get the car you love!
