Still sore at these folks.. they just want your money and DO NOT CARE about the junk they sell you. They make it look good but beware… go to marketplace and deal with owners for a better price and better quality vehicle.

Spare yourself this used car experience. This place sold me a vehicle with a bad transmission. When I called them about it, they blew me off. They are liars and cheats. I had to go out and get a different car and i ended up losing 8k+. If you want a sleazy lying used car experience you are at the right place. Even the license plate holder was bad. Dude stuck some huge bolt in there and it is striped and i can not even put the plate on. Seriously stay away from them.

Nothing at all wrong with the folks at the dealership, but the vehicle was certainly not as the photos suggested. The paint job was cheaply done, complete with runs. And, most of the gauges on the instrument console were inoperable.

We’ve bought a lot of cars over the years and this dealership was one of the best and easiest experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend! We plan to be back

Very bad experience with this car dealer. Payed 7300$ for a GMC Acadia with many many problems that I was unaware of. Absolutely untrustworthy. Be careful!

I'm one pissed customer on January 31 2025. I purchased a 2013 BMW 528i car from Autonet dealership. With 112,870 miles on the car. No check engine light on.The car drove real good, no engine vibrations. Small physical damage to the car itself. At that time, I thought I had made a perfectly good purchase. Little did I know after having to car for 3 days? That I would have a check engine light come on. So on Monday, February 03, I immediately contacted the dealer who sold me the car. Unfortunately, he wasn't in due to family issues as they say. I eventually talked to him and felt like I was getting the runner around cause he kept telling me his mechanic. Has to schedule me in so I can bring the car to them. Mind you, I called the car dealer on Monday, February 03, and never got a call back unless I made the calls again, which is what I did several times. After that, they kept dodging my calls, telling me that the dealer wasn't there. I even had my daughter do a three-way call. So I could finally get ahold of someone and ask for the dealer. So I asked for the name of the owner of the place? So I could call him and they wouldn't even tell me his last name.So I took the initiative and went to an authorized BMW repair shop to see what was going on with the car. I found out that the error codes had been deleted and that repairing the car was higher than the cost of the car. So, I immediately contacted the dealer to let him know my findings from the BMW repair shop. He, in turn, wanted me to send him documentations which I did. Now I'm waiting to see if they're going to do right by me and get this fixed. Well, it's February, the 10th, and I still haven't gotten a response back. I want to warn people not to shop at Autonet. You will get screwed over like I did. I came to them in good fath. And I was not trying to screw them over like they did to me. I also was trying to bring new business their way, and this is the things I get for doing business with this company. Don't let that happen to you!!! One more thing, the review has a rating from 1 to 5. I give them a negative -10!!!

Easy and Smooth transaction. Car was in pristine condition. There wasn’t much haggling on the price, their adds are pretty decent compared to the other dealerships I went to.

I contacted them on a Friday night about an F150 that I really liked. Not even 12 hours later, I was leaving the parking lot with it! I could not have asked for a better experience. The 5 hour drive was well worth it.

they do not work with customer any way to make a deal . would not talk about delivery

Went to look at a vehicle which the salesman Joey said was available but when I got there it was sold and he did not have the courtesy to apologize or show me a similar vehicle.
