With in an hour my car was done. Anthony was very professional and welcoming. made me feel comfortable to leave my car with him. The experience was good, i named my price and all was agreed almost immediately however, did have to lower the price slightly to account for a couple of... "mandatory fees" but in the end still kept their promise to to "Total" agreed price. Very helpful staff, i am from Canada so a few different requirements and designations for required paperwork but was in and out and on the road within 3 hours which i thought was very good. A very nice bonus was the full tank of gas, not sure if this is common in Palm Springs but in Canada they stopped this probably 20 years ago! Only had the car a week but so far, so good.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had in almost 50 years of buying cars. I was never rushed, nor pushed and was allowed to go at my own... pace. There was no going back and forth on price and I got what I wanted on my trade in. The atmosphere was very relaxing and people at the dealership were friendly and helpful without going overboard. Several of my neighbors have bought cars there and also said they had a great experience. I would certainly recommend Palm Springs Hyundai and Joel Myden, my sales person.
My Elantra broke down last month, so I had it towed to P.S. Hyundai. They did a diagnosis and found out that I needed a new engine. George and Shawn in... the service department went above and beyond to arrange for an entire new engine to be replaced at no charge. They paid for a rental car for me and made sure that I was well taken care of. I highly recommend taking your car here to be serviced. I know I won't be taking my car anywhere else. Thank you, Shawn and George, for reminding me why I bought a Hyundai in the first place; a great warranty (the exceptional customer service was definitely an added bonus)!!
This was a delightful experience. Extremely professional, but felt at ease the entire time. Actually purchased one Sonata and leasing another. 3 neighbors... have now bought from this dealership and ALL are very pleased. Best price, sales experience, and wonderful service. (one oil change and low tire pressure in 1 year was 39.00 w/coupon) Will definitely return to buy another in the future and refer everyone to experience a great sales experience and fantastic prices. Other negative reviewer on here seems way out of place. Definitely! NOT my experience.
I LIVE IN SAN DIEGO,LOCAL DEALERS COULDNT FIND ME THE CAR I WANTED,CALLED PALM SPRINGS AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND ME THE CAR AND I GOT A BETTER PRICE.
I have called, emailed, and attempted to contact an online sales representative several times. All I have received is a pre-written email response. Very... unprofessional.
