Just another update, This dealership has had my car over

Just another update, This dealership has had my car over ten days still not fixed, this the second time I’ve taken it back for the same issue. They say they will call with updates, they NEVER do. In reading their reviews it’s not surprising how many 1 star reviews they have. Terrible experience. Save yourself a mountain of frustration, go elsewhere.

Had my jeep gladiator in to have a recall done on the

Had my jeep gladiator in to have a recall done on the right rear axle shaft replaced, it had been leaking for a week and the brakes were soaking in 90 weight oil. When I picked it up I asked why they didn't replace the brake pads they said it wasn't in the recall. They sent a kid out to look at it but on the way out he said they probably cleaned it really well. I told him never mind and I left. Looked at my brakes when I got home and it looks like they did nothing, the oil is dripping everywhere. Posted about it and got a call from Alex who wanted me to take down my review before he would do anything. He was blackmailing me , he kept saying he gives his word that he would fix it if I just take down my review, I told him I give my word to take it down when they fix it. I have heard nothing from them for a week. Oh and the general manager was on the call. If I could post pictures I would.

Great Service

Crystal Chrysler ram Jeep service department is wonderful. Took my Jeep Cherokee in this morning for an oil change and tire rotation, Old School customer service. Very kind, very professional. Danny was my service technician and gave me wonderful service thanks again Crystal Chevrolet

Very Happy!

I live closer to the dealership in Indio, however I go out of my way to take my Jeep to the Cathedral City Dealership, because I have always received SUPERURB service from each Tech that has assisted me, and I just took my Jeep there for the 4th time. Every time has been a great experience! Michael Flores was my most recent service rep, and he was fantastic, he fulfilled every promise that he made, just like all of the Tech's before him. I will continue to take my Jeep to this dealer, and probably buy my next one there!

bad apple

i am a returning customer for years. had an eleven o'clock appointment to service my 2018 jeep wrangler sahara. just an oil change etc, no problems. i waited for a while and then was directed to a lady at window at left end two positions from the corner. a dark haired lady and heavy. i told her i would wait and was told it would take two hours. i had no cell phone and told her i could not wait that long and if i knew they were over booked i would have had my wife follow me and take me back to palms desert. the lady did not volunteer a phone so i had to drive back home. i called and got an appointment for one tomorrow, i told the nice lady on phone my experience and she told me you had a compliment service to shuttle customers. i should have been offered that when she could see i was not happy. i feel that employee should have a visit from her superior. i am not through with crystal, my previous trips there have been good. one bad apple does not spoil the barrel

Horrible customer service with Justin Abbott.

Very rude. Text me insinuating that "if I could buy a car, they wouldn't want my business anyway". Discussed this matter with general manager Paul. I'm retired disabled military veteran, and never felt so disrespected.

Most dishonest dealership

This dealership sold me a lemon and could not fix it after 5xs, Jim the service manager is unproffical and blocked the refund of my rental deposit after it was refunded without reason, he didn't even have the backbone to return the call. Avoid this place!

Greatest Dealership

Drove down from l.A. to look at used vehicle after being treated like “they thought I was an idiot” at other dealerships. I had purchased a vehicle and made a trade at Crystal eight years ago when we had a home in the desert. Great experience and great deal. Salesman was great and they went out of their way to be courteous and fair.
