Just another update, This dealership has had my car over

Just another update, This dealership has had my car over ten days still not fixed, this the second time I’ve taken it back for the same issue. They say they will call with updates, they NEVER do. In reading their reviews it’s not surprising how many 1 star reviews they have. Terrible experience. Save yourself a mountain of frustration, go elsewhere.

My last visit to Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was

My last visit to Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was about a year and a half ago, and the service was terrible. I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their service now is impeccable. I found out that they revamped the management around that time, a year and a half ago or so. Honestly, what a blessing, to experience 100% customer service. It's a nice feeling to have a dealership that goes out of their way for the customer, and excellent customer service. If you didn't have a good experience with them in the past, give them another chance, I don't think it'll be disappointing. Alex took good care of me, and my Jeep. Thanks again for the wonderful service. Customer for life ☹ 10 stars

My last visit to Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was about a year and a half ago, and the service was terrible. I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their service now is impeccable. I found out that they revamped the management around that time, a year and a half ago or so. Honestly, what a blessing, to experience 100% customer service. Had my jeep gladiator in to have a recall done on the

Had my jeep gladiator in to have a recall done on the right rear axle shaft replaced, it had been leaking for a week and the brakes were soaking in 90 weight oil. When I picked it up I asked why they didn't replace the brake pads they said it wasn't in the recall. They sent a kid out to look at it but on the way out he said they probably cleaned it really well. I told him never mind and I left. Looked at my brakes when I got home and it looks like they did nothing, the oil is dripping everywhere. Posted about it and got a call from Alex who wanted me to take down my review before he would do anything. He was blackmailing me , he kept saying he gives his word that he would fix it if I just take down my review, I told him I give my word to take it down when they fix it. I have heard nothing from them for a week. Oh and the general manager was on the call. If I could post pictures I would.

About three months ago, our 2019 Jeep Cherokee refused to

About three months ago, our 2019 Jeep Cherokee refused to start or come on at all. AAA tried but could not get it going. So it was towed to our local mechanic, who worked on it for 10 days, without success. They suggested taking it to our local Jeep dealer, Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They had it for 8 weeks before they finally got it running. We brought it home; 8 days later it stopped again. Crystal had it for 6 weeks this time. They finally figured out the problem was a bad installation that had been done by a local car audio store, when they installed a cd changer under the passenger seat. The installer had screwed the unit through the carper, where it hit the electrical harness, causing shorts. While I will deal with the audio dealer, I have nothing but praise for all the time and effort Crystal showed in dealing with this problem. AND, and this is a big deal, they did not charge us one red cent for all the work they had put in, trying to solve the problem. I could not believe it. I don’t know that I’ve ever encountered such generosity. In my book Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is the best outfit bar none. For anyone reading this, don’t hesitate to take your car here for service. They are the best there is!

I went in this past Sunday looking for a used hyundai

I went in this past Sunday looking for a used hyundai genesis. zThey had one for $18,578. With tax license and fees the total was $20,266. I told Manny, our sales associate. that all my nephew could afford was $19,500, including tax , license, registration and fees. He sais he thought they could do it. His manager was yelling at him to get the sale done but mt nephew wasn't available. Because he said they could meet my price, I had my nephew come go in today. Manny was not there and the new associate said the best they could do was over $21,000, even though my nephew told him what Manny represented. They had all kinds of markups and fees to jack the price up. What a rip off!!! Don't go near the place-they don't have ant integrity. I felt bad because I had my nephew go down for naught.

I accepted an offer to sell my vehicle to this dealership

I accepted an offer to sell my vehicle to this dealership but had to wait on a new title from the California DMV which they said could take up to a month to receive in the mail. I called and spoke with Jesus to confirm they would still honor the price we agreed on even with this delay on the title. He said yes, however when I received the title, Jesus was not in and they would not honor the price. I negotiated but the best I was able to do was still $1300 below the original agreed upon price. Lesson learned, get it in writing or be ready to walk!
