Scheduling was disorganized.

Scheduling was disorganized. Took 2 days for a simple check up that was supposed to take a couple of hours because too many cars ahead of me. I had an appointment.

Service appointment was easy to set up.

Service appointment was easy to set up. Service was as expected. However I think they may have oversold on the need for a new tire (due to tire depth). Vehicle only had 18,000 miles on it.

Service representative Chris Hapner was excellent in getting my car inspected and ready for the expert work the mechanics did. Also great advice on payment options. Feel I'm back on the road with car in top condition.

Your prices are too expensive.

Your prices are too expensive. It took three weeks to change one part. Juan was nice.

The agents have been wonderful, but the car they sold me

The agents have been wonderful, but the car they sold me has been a big disappointment. My CPO X2 had less than 22k miles when I bought it, but after driving less than 2000 miles the engine mount collapsed. After 3500 miles, the brakes needed to be replaced (an issue that required many visits to the garage, including one time because they had put the pads on backwards), and after 7000 miles we needed new tires. Now we are being told that the brakes need to be replace again after driving only 10k miles? They also upsold me on an extra maintenance plan for $1295 that I used once for an oil change and that is now expired, which makes me feel like I got swindled.
