I had trouble when I bought this car 2 years ago they

I had trouble when I bought this car 2 years ago they overcharged me then I got my money back so recently I've been trying to ask finance a question for 2 days I keep getting promise I'll call me back but they never have it would have been a 5-minute question but I guess they just don't want to take care of old customers I will not be taking my car here for service anymore you guys are on your own

Palm Springs Infiniti dealership : five stars

This was my 16th Infiniti lease. Everyone I dealt with at the Palm Springs dealership was professional and friendly. The final lease cost ended up exactly as I negotiated and was promised. The process was fast and easy. The car ended up looking even better than I had hoped for.

Q50 Purchased and Serviced at P.S. Infiniti

When I saw my Q50 Infiniti on the showroom floor it was love at first sight. My third Infiniti product. Trade-in and purchase was easy. My "love fest" has continued through the outstanding service department. I wouldn't have my car serviced anywhere else.

Crooks

These people are CROOKS, GARBAGE will lie and CHEAT take your money sell you a bad product. If you wana get taken on a ride buy here. Mark the general manager will make sure you get screwed really good. WOREST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Sold me a car with the paint all messed up covered up by wax, unsafe worn tires, dirty oil, shocks blown out window not working right. Update - took car Glendale lnfiniti. Was told rear shock was blown out covered in oil and control arm was bad. To replace those first see if it resolves issues. After speaking with MArk so called general manager was told the other dealer is taking me on a ride. Moran u sold a certified car with blown out shocks bad control arms bad tires, market windshield that is delaminating, dirty oil. then u had me drive 150 miles to replace tires. Which then u didn’t mention any other suspension issues that very obvious. That another dealer had to repair. And on top of everything else these. TRASH CROOKS Are so dumb they sell a certified car with a open recall too. Bunch of morans. Have filed a complaint with bbb and Infiniti. Can’t wait to see u loose ur business license so can’t ROB OTHER PEOPLE. Have called INFINITI CONSUMER AFFAIRS and will be filling a dealer fraud and lemon law case next. GOOD JOb idiot

Jill is the greatest

Jill is the greatest. I dropped my car off for service then went to have drinks with the girls....forgot to come back. She called me at 5:00 which is her closing time but she waited until I finished my drink, made the 15 mile drive back to Palm Springs, and picked up my car. She was even smiling when I came in. You don't get much of that around this town!

Loyal Customer Surprise

I got a call out of the blue from them on Sunday, saying they had some great deals they were offering and since I've been a loyal customer and I only had about 8 months left on my lease, they could take my car back now and not rollover the 8 months of remaining payments and just hand me over a new car with lower payments and no out-of-pocket cost. I know, sounded too good to be true. They called me back Monday and said, "All is a go, just bring your car down and sign the papers; we'll have your new car ready to go." I went down there, they showed me a car in the showroom and said mine was exactly the same, but was in the back being washed. I was only there 20 minutes, went outside, looked at my car, and it looked almost the same. Then all of a sudden I realized it wasn't. It was better. They gave me a fully loaded one, top of the line in it's class, at no extra cost. At first, I thought it was a mistake on their part, so the salesman and I run in to talk to the finance guy, and he said, "No mistake; we wanted you to have the best, and since you've been so loyal, we wanted to surprise you!" Needless to say, I had tears in my eyes and hugged both the salesman and finance guy and started crying. I felt like I was making a commercial or something.
