We were in the market for a new vehicle, and have been looking at purchasing an a reliable used vehicle. We had visited three other dealerships prior to stopping at Allen Turner. We were greeted by Charlie Lehner, who took the time out to show us a few different options. His knowledge on the vehicles were more than the other stops we made, and his customer service was above and beyond. He made sure we were set with everything we needed. His care for his customer drew me back in to purchase a second vehicle from him. He's got a customer for life.

Whatever you do, only work with Charlie! Every time my husband and I have come in to purchase and/or trade, we use Charlie. He is so helpful and knowledgeable and actually makes car buying and trading fun. We've been to every dealership in the area and found a home with Charlie Lehner and Allen Turner Chevrolet. We always get the best deal possible and have never once experienced buyers remorse. Charlie leaves no questions unanswered and is genuinely interested in helping us get the right vehicle for our needs.

You never feel condescended or confused by what is going on in the sales process. Charlie Lehner was not a smooth, quick talking person, but a salesman who provides the costs as they are and let me decide if I can afford it versus a high pressure tactic. This is the second time that I have purchased from Allen Turner and have used Billy Asble both times. He remembered me from the first time I purchased with them. Received his name from our previous salesman. I was on the phone with him when my elderly mother pulled into the dealership. He took it from there. He worked with her on the truck she wanted to look and they made a deal in a very short time. She received a very fair price for her trade and the new truck was discounted 4K off the sticker. He set her up with the accessories she wanted and he speed up the process for their application the following week. She was even able to have her windows tinted before she left the dealership. She was set on getting an orange truck but the other dealerships didn’t have their stock discounted at the time. I had also purchased a new ZR2 here back in January and was very impressed with what we obtained. We use to purchase from Pete Moore but Allen Turner has been a much better fit with our last two purchases.

Mark is amazing, It has been months since I was in there buying my truck but when I came in for service he remembered me. He remembered everything about our deal and went out of his way to help me with a problem that was not his doing. I will continue to buy trucks from him and no one else but him going forward. He is the best.
