Write a reviewOkay where to begin we bought a 2016 Hyundai Tucson with 100,000 miles on it come to find out at an exhaust leak that the owner crank before I could see it and I couldn't hear it he said he didn't hear it but it's playing his day there the oil pan gasket is leaking and after driving it less than 300 miles a week and 2 days the transmission would not go in reverse was stuck in the parking lot and it started slipping then I took it to the Hyundai dealership because the $25,000 mile warranty they said could be used anywhere that the warranty is accepted come to find out it's only where victory Auto circle wants it taken so that they can get the cheapest thing done to it to put a Band-Aid on it like before they sell them said he did a 20 point inspection Hyundai and Statesville said there's no way that ever happened then when you try to call and say something to him about it he starts threatening with legal actions so definitely become careful with this company all they will do is do you wrong

On April 15, 2026, I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Sonata from Victory Circle Auto Sales. The very next day, April 16, the vehicle began having problems and would not accelerate properly. By the morning of April 17, the check engine light had come on. I immediately contacted the dealership and explained what was happening. They instructed me to take the car to a repair shop they use in Statesville or find a shop that would accept the warranty. Due to the distance, I was unable to get the vehicle to Statesville. I followed up again on Monday, April 20, and was told to bring the car in. However, after doing so, I was informed they could not look at it until later that week, so I had to take the car back home. That same day, I found a repair shop in Hickory that accepted my warranty. I paid $280 for a diagnostic, and they told me the engine had misfires. However, they would not complete the repairs because they said the warranty required the work to be done through the dealership. I then took the vehicle to a Hyundai dealership in Hickory. They identified several issues, including a valve cover leak, an oil pan leak, and another leaking component. They also confirmed that I did not have a warranty through the dealership and contacted the warranty company provided at the time of purchase. My claim was denied because the warranty only covers vehicles with under 100,000 miles, and my car had 108,010 miles when I bought it. This limitation was never explained to me by Victory Circle Auto Sales. I was led to believe I had coverage. Now I am being told it will cost over $1,100 to repair a vehicle I have owned for less than a week. I have not even made my first payment yet. I have tried to resolve this issue with both the dealership and the financing company, but no one is willing to take responsibility or assist with the repairs. I feel stuck in a contract for a car that was already having problems almost immediately after purchase.

I bought a 2005 4 Runner. I asked Stacy if I could have a mechanic look at it and she hesitated and then called an auto repair shop she knew in Statesville (I should have known). I blindly trusted what they said, that the 4 Runner was in good shape. Two weeks later, I'm looking at $2400 worth of repairs for things that the mechanics should have seen. No wonder Victory Circle hasn't followed up with a call making sure I liked the vehicle. If they won't allow you to take a vehicle to YOUR mechanic, I would advise going elsewhere. I'll never buy from a small auto lot again, especially at Victory Circle Auto Sales.

After extensive search for a used, late model truck, I found some really nice looking and good priced ones at Victory Auto. Stacey assisted me from beginning to end and I drove home in beautiful truck. Stacey is wonderful and provides exactly what you would wish for in the car service business, friendly courteous, helpful, efficient, truly a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend looking there if you are in the market for a nice used vehicle as it was well worth the 3 hour drive for me!

Do not waste your time or money here. They care nothing about helping the customers. They care about you signing a contract and spending that money. I purchased a car from them and it didn't last 24 hours. I also purchased an expensive extended warranty which was no good because they told me that the 3000+ dollars worth of work was pre existing. I called daily until they blocked my phone number. They did absolutely nothing to help me. Now they put it on my credit. I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE GET ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!

I think I should note that the ONLY reason I have not finalized a purchase with the outstanding Stacey @Victory Circle is due to some health issues I am dealing with. Again I found her to be one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I have been dealing with Stacey for sometime now. Having purchased a dozen or so vehicles in my life , I can say that Stacey is the most professional and courteous person I have ever encountered. Always polite and very kind and considerate in every way. A true pleasure to work with. Also, if Stacey was not available , Kirsten stepped in and was always polite and professional. A TRUE PLEASURE to work with these two ladies.
