I recently stopped by to test drive a 2009 F250 6.4L super duty I had noticed on their website, the.. the vehicle appeared to be in great condition with... fairly low miles for the year and make but when I cranked it the entire truck cab was vibrating uncontrollably. I then notified the sales representatives of this issue and proceeded to try it on a test drive, the truck ran smoothly while driving but at each stop light it was back to violently shaking ( as if an injector was bad).. brought it back to the dealership and let another sales person know my issues with the quality of the the vehicle and tried to work them down a grand on pricing to make up for the issue but yielded no resolve with them and just left very disappointed at the level of customer service and pre- inspection of the inventory of Sale worthy vehicles... wouldn’t advise buying a vehicle from here!
We just bought a used vehicle from this place and it is already having mechanical problems. The first day after we drove it home, one of the windows stopped... working. Now 5 days later a check engine light comes on. Going to this dealer was a waste of time and money. We put money down prior to coming, and of course it was non refundable. So even if we wanted to back out we would have lost our $1,000. We asked questions, the sales guy said that they inspected it and it had no mechanical issues (lies). We should have known better, and followed our gut. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! This place is a scam.
Talked to roger over the phone since I live 2 and a half hours away! Asked him to drive the car I was interested in and let me know if it had any faults.... I didn't want to come that far and go home without a car like I did the week prior at a different dealership! He was honest and truthful with me in all regards on the way the vehicle performed ! When I got there and test drove it myself his word stood true! Laid back atmosphere friendly and personable! The car was clean and ready to go with enough gas to get me home and enjoy the vehicle great lot I highly recommend !

If I could give them 0 stars I would .I brought a white 2015 Nissan sentra from them on 2/27,6 days later the car starting making a weird noise so I took... it to a mechanic . Only for him to tell me the transmission is bad and the transmission oil was dirty because they put something in it ... like everyone else said I wish I would've read the reviews on the place . So I called and told John what was going on and that the mechanic was standing right beside me , so he asked to speak to him ( the mechanic) John says to him would it help if I just put some oil in it ( not knowing he was on speaker phone ) . So the mechanic says no if needs to be fixed the right way and sent to the shop . .. they knew what was wrong with the car and still sold it to me ..PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE , THESE PPL DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BEST INTEREST THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. If I didn't have a warranty I would be out of a car ..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Rude guy in the office became irritated when I tried to start talking price. We were leaving for a test drive and when he heard me mention price, stopped... and put the dealer tag back in the drawer. What a jerk.
Highly recommend staying away. Bought a car from Raleigh pre-owned and had a decent experience at first; however, the car had nothing but problems soon... after. The A/C had a large leak and the A/C only worked for about a week after the purchase, indicating that someone just charged the A/C long enough to get rid of it, rather than fix it. The worst part is that within a few weeks of owning the car, a check engine light popped up and upon diagnosing the problem I discovered LARGE amounts of metal in the oil. They sold me a car with the engine coming apart. I called them, trying to give them a chance to make it right, and was told they would do their best to help me out and they'd call the next day to work out details. A couple days after hearing nothing back, I called them back, only to be told "we discussed it, and there's nothing we can do for you." Now I am out $3000+ for a new engine and other parts, and this is doing the labor myself. This would be a $5000 or more bill from a dealership. All this happened within weeks after returning home from a deployment. This is not the welcome home I had hoped for. Take your business elsewhere.
PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISHONESTY!!! I was looking to purchase... a Hyundai Elantra. Upon starting the vehicle the eps light was on. I mentioned it to my initial salesman (John) and his response was that the light should be easy to reset (no interest in fixing the problem, only getting the light to go off). I took it for a test drive and to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection where I was told the car had a few codes come up, it looked like they had tried to reset the lights for the codes, and ultimately the transmission needed to be replaced. I came back to the dealership with the results from the mechanic and I was ready to negotiate. John was busy so I spoke with another salesman (short, thin, older, caucasian man) who then tried to "man-splain" the codes to me and how they were not serious fixes. He also used a machine to look at the codes on the car himself and nothing showed up (which lets me know they are altering things like that. If it showed up on the mechanic's machine it should be on theirs). He refused to accept that the transmission was no good, and PROCEEDED TO SPEAKING OVER ME as I am trying to tell him what the mechanic said. He accused the mechanic of just trying to create business for himself. At this point the conversation is loud. After multiple attempts to be allowed the space to speak uninterrupted, he stopped talking and looked around avoiding eye contact as I spoke (I kid you not.) I told him my offer and he wasn't willing to negotiate, so I get up to leave. I go to my car and then I realized I didn't get his name for this review (hence why I'm identifying him as short & thin older caucasian man). He is walking toward me to apologize for how he spoke to me. I then asked for his name for the review which he refused to give me. I then return back into the location where John tried to mediate the situation, but it was already unsalvageable by then. I explained to John what happened while the STOCM continued to speak loud with me-I had to repeatedly ask him to stop speaking to me. He also told me he was about to CALL THE COPS on me. John would not give me the man's name either. Another couple who was looking for a car saw the whole thing, they got up and left. YOU DESERVE BETTER!! ALWAYS GET A CAR INSPECTED BY AN OUTSIDE SOURCE BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING.
Been loving my 2010 328i BMW for almost a year. A car with higher miles, but to this day, has been the most reliable "used car" I've ever owned. Countless... road trips since purchasing.
